Hello my name is Amelia Creekmore I am a maid of the house of Phantomhive. I am about to tell you my story....
It was a beautiful day outside and I was inside sweeping the kitchen when I heard a loud smash come from the masters study. I rushed to the room afraid that my young master was hurt. "Master!" I cried as I ran into the room. The window was smashed but master Ciel was unharmed and Sebastian was investigating what happened. "Master Ciel are you alright?" I knelt down beside him and asked with care. "I'm fine. The window was smashed that's all..." he replied looking irritated. I stood, went back down to the kitchen, grabbed the broom, went back upstairs, and started to clean up the broken glass. "I can take care of the rest Amelia." I heard Sebastian say. I looked up at him and replied a little angry. "I can take care of it Sebastian I know how to sweep." Sebastian took the broom from me still and shooed me from the room. When I left the masters study angrily, I got so upset at Sebastian not thinking I could do it that; I punched the wall as hard as I could. I let out a pained cry and held my wrist as tears flowed down my cheeks. "What the...?" Sebastian said and he came out to see what happened. "What happened?" He demanded as he checked my wrist. "I ran into the wall that's all...." I replied not wanting to tell the truth about me punching the wall. Sebastian looked at me with those eyes that stared into your soul and made you feel like a liar if you were lying. "Alright! I punched the wall...." I looked away embarrassed. "Well looks like you broke your wrist..." He replied irritated. He had every right to be mad at me... and he had every right to tell master Ciel that I'm going to be useless for the next while.... "I'll start packing my things...." I replied feeling hopeless. "Why?" Sebastian gazed at me as if I was insane. I looked back at him. "I'm going to be useless.... and after all I heard you and Ciel saying that I cant do anything right and that I will be leaving in a few days anyways...." Sebastian looked confused. "You know exactly what I mean Sebastian." I stood up, took my leave of the hall, and headed to my room to pack my stuff. I heard Ciel yelling at Sebastian or yelling to Sebastian at how worthless I was. I wasn't sure so I just stayed quiet and packed till I heard a knock on my door. "May I come in?" It was Sebastian, of course. "I guess...." I replied not wanting to show that I really didn't want to have him come in. Sebastian opened the door and looked at me. "The young master would like you see him in his study." He said as if he knew exactly what I was going to be told. I sighed and left the room and slammed the door behind me. I headed to the study, took a deep breath and knocked on the door not exhaling. "Enter." I heard the young master reply. I looked down and half hesitantly grabbed the handle of the door and turned it with a tight knot in my stomach. I entered the study and closed the door softly behind me. I looked up to see the young master drinking his tea and when he noticed me, I realized that he looked upset. "You cal-" I started but was instantly cut off by his voice. "I heard from Sebastian that you broke your wrist. Is this true." He was demanding an answer and there was no question part about it. "Yes it is...." I replied only half hearted. "Hm.... Well no matter, do what you can and when your healed you'll be doing a lot of work. You may leave now." My heart almost skipped a beat when I had heard that. Master Ciel was still letting me work. I inhaled so deep that it was almost as if I had been holding my breath for a long time. I left the room to run right into Sebastian who spilled tea all over my clothes. I needed to change my clothes anyway it was almost bedtime. Sebastian tried to clean me up but I just shoved him away and walked. Its not because of anything but he was cleaning a little to close to where he shouldn't. I went into my room and changed my clothes when I heard Mey-Rin shriek as if she had seen a rat. I ran out of my room in my nightgown and down to the bottom of the main stairwell to see what happened. Mey-Rin obviously was freaking out over a shadow. Baldroy and Finnian, who we call Finny, came from their room tired and yawning, Tanaka I assumed was asleep. Sebastian was yelling at Mey-Rin when I got there, I hesitated for a minute and then took action. "Sebastian its not her fault!" I shouted without thinking. "What?" Sebastian growled at me. "With Jack the Ripper still out there then I don't see any reason why she shouldn't have the right to scream!!! Your just being a jerk!" I covered my mouth, eyes wide both in fear and shock of yelling at Sebastian. What was he going to do to me? "Amelia." I heard. I turned to see Ciel who was still dressed and wasn't ready for bed yet standing at the top of the stairs. "Master Ciel wait I ca-" "I'm surprised. No one has dared stand up to Sebastian." I saw Ciel smile. "Amelia?" I heard Sebastian say. I turned to Sebastian and to my surprise I think he was smiling too. "Well done." I heard Sebastian comment and I smiled. Mey-Rin got actually quite jealous.
~Mey-Rin's Point of View~
"Well done." Sebastian said to Amelia and she just smiled back at him. 'OH!!!!!! THEY ARE SMILING AT ONE ANOTHER!!!!!!!' I started to think up a plan to ruin this friendship between Sebastian and Amelia. 'The ball is tomorrow night and if Amelia embarrasses herself she'll take off crying.... Wait what am I thinking their just friends nothing mo...!' Just then when I looked again and I saw that I was the only one there with Sebastian.
~Ciel's Point of View~
After Amelia smiled I looked at Sebastian knowing something was going on between the two that they haven't told me. I headed for my room and I heard Sebastian open his pocket watch. "Alright everyone for bed now. We've got a lot of work to do in the morning." "Yes sir!" I heard Finny, Baldroy, and Amelia say. I closed the door of my room and not long after Sebastian knocked and came in. "Young master its.... Oh looks like your already prepared for me to get you ready for bed." Sebastian said and started getting me ready for bed. "So what is it between you and Amelia that your not telling me Sebastian." I looked down at him. Sebastian just continued and looked up at me for a second and looked back down. "Nothing at all my young master." He stood up, took my eye patch off, and set it to the side. I laid down and Sebastian covered me up. Not long later I fell asleep.
~My Point of View again~
I was up almost all night thinking so when I got up the next morning it was way before Sebastian around 3 am. I smiled and thought this could be my chance. I started to clean and it was only about 4 am when I checked my pocket watch. I cleaned until it was about 6 am when Sebastian would be getting up and by about then I was done cleaning the entire house. "Well done Amelia but how long have you been up?" Sebastian asked. "All night I couldn't sleep." "Well you should get some sleep you don't want to make yourself ill. I'll wake you when I'll need your help in the kitchen." He escorted me to my room and then went to make the young master breakfast. I grumbled but went to bed as I was told.
~1 Hour Before the Ball~
I heard Sebastian yelling, I got up to see what happened. "But Sebastian I didn't mean to!!!!" I heard Finnian whine. "Whats going on?" I asked as I popped my head into the kitchen as Sebastian was just about to say something. "Nothing at all Amelia now you can go back to bed" Sebastian assured me. I looked into the kitchen to see the ball utensils, were all broken. I looked back at Finny who was almost in tears. "Sebastian can I talk to you?" I said almost cold heartedly. "Yes. Finny start getting ready for the ball." Sebastian followed me out of the kitchen and into a hallway away from the kitchen and all. "Now what is it Amelia both you and I-" "You've got some nerve yelling at Finny! It's not his fault that his strength is to much for most of the stuff in here! For god sake look at what you are Sebastian your a demon!" Sebastian looked surprised at what I ended up saying. "Now how, might I ask, did you find out what I am?" "Wasn't hard. There is no way a normal human can clean the library in 10 minutes, no way a normal human could be by the young masters side exactly like a shadow, no normal human can know exactly where the young master is without asking, and last but not least the young master wears an eye patch because of a mark that is in his eye not a normal one but that of a demon, which; you carry on your hand! "Very well done, but I hope you now know that I have to kill you." Sebastian replied as his eyes changed and as he bit onto his middle finger on his glove and pulled it off. I didn't think about the fact that he was going to kill me for knowing. "Sebastian wait please don't kill me!" I screamed begging and he pulled out the silver knives and forks. He threw a few forks, I cowered back afraid that I was going to die, but something stopped them from hitting me. I looked and saw a red haired male? "Bassy!!!" The male jumped and tried to hug Sebastian but missed and fell on his face. "How dare you step out of the way when I go to hug you!" "Now is not the time Grell." Sebastian said and he brushed off his clothes.
