Once upon a time there was a beautiful girl, she was even called the most beautiful person in her village. She lived happy, even though she didn't have any friends. She was very popular, everybody knew her, and she knew them, but she didn't consider any of them as friends. One day, she noticed a very different book in her mother's book shelf, only when she went in to grab it, it mysteriously disappeared, right after that happened, her mother came in and said: "May I ask what you were doing?", the girl answered quietly: "Yes mother, I was just looking for a book" "And, which one would it be?" her mother asked. The girl seemed worried, so she just left the room. Then her mom snapped her fingers and the book reappeared, but this time in her hands.
A few weeks passed and one Friday afternoon her mother sat with the girl and said that they were going to move to a new town, the girl didn't seem to want to accept that she was going to get a fresh start, so she left the house as a way to escape from the truth. She keep running and running until she got lost and had no idea if she was even in her village area. Then she saw the moon coming out, and she heard very silently someone snapping their fingers, the girl didn't know what was going on or what was about to happen.
The girl was so scared and confused, that she decided to wait until morning so that she could see exactly where she was. She laid down next to a tree and felt asleep. The next morning the girl could now see where she was, it brought back a lot of memories of her childhood and her only friend that one day disappeared without even saying goodbye. The girl was getting really sentimental so she left as quickly as possible. When she arrived back to her village, everybody seemed surprised, of course the girl didn't know anything about what was going on. She wanted to speak, but it appeared like nobody could hear her. The people were starting to get scared, so they went in to their houses. When the girl finally arrived to her house she saw her mother, and said: "Hello mother, I'm sorry I didn't come last night, I fell asleep in some trees", her mother knew exactly what was going on, of course she couldn't hear or understand what her daughter was trying to say, so instead she said "Why don't you go take a shower". The girl went to take a shower, only when she looked in the mirror, it wasn't her, it was a type a creature, it had a horn, scales, the arms and legs where strong looking and had veins showing off, two tales tied up with a piece of string, blue eyes, and it also had some type of horseshoe as feet, she was so freaked out, and scared at the same time. She rapidly walked to her mother, her mother seemed okay but said "What's wrong darling, and...why are you so nervous?" The girl answered "Mother, look at me, I'm some type of animal or creature." "Oh, yes honey, I know" the mother said, "You know! Why didn't you say anything?!" the girl answered strongly. "Well, you see, come sit down with me" "At about your age, the same thing happened to me, but I had no one to guide me." Mother, please tell me what to do!" said the girl "The only thing you have to do is go to the right path" replied the mother" "The right path, what does that even mean mother?" "I don't know, that's what you have to figure out" "But how, how will I know?" said the girl with her voice breaking.
The girl kept thinking and thinking, what does the right path mean, then she saw the troublemakers of the village, she went to ask them a question, but they were freaked out and left without giving her a chance to talk. The girl felt asleep thinking and thinking, she even had a dream, but it was all just a blur. The next morning she went to her mothers room only to find it empty with a note on top of the bed that said: "My darling, I left you this note because I didn't know how else to tell you, I moved to the new town, you will from now on live alone until you find the right path, if you never find the right path you may never see me again, just like what happened with your childhood friend. Every midnight you turn back to the little girl you used to be, but that is only till 1 o clock in the morning, after that your back to your creature, use the hour wisely. With love, your mother." The girl was surprised, then she remembered the book that had disappeared, she spent all day in her house looking for the book, it seemed that her mother took it with her. It was almost midnight and the girl thought it was hopeless. She started to cry, only to hear the village troublemakers, she went outside and yelled "Hey, troublemakers!" The leader of the troublemakers said: "You that innocent village chick aren't ya?" The girl replied "Um, yeah, I suppose, but, do you know where the right path is?" "The right path girl? Come on, we'll show you the right path (chuckles)." "Okay...sure" answered the girl. The girl followed them into this strange place, the troublemaker said" This place is called a bar, and this is the right path", the girl knew that it was a really strange path, but she'd do anything to see her mother again and to at least have one other person by her side.
It was after midnight and the girl turned back into the creature, the troublemakers were scared at first, the whole bar got empty, then the lead troublemaker said, "Hey girl, you're so freaking scary I want you to be the lead of my group, your new name will be... Kruha". Of course the girl went along with it, she thought that the right path. That night the girl received a new name, drank for the first time and got the troublemaker tattoo signature, but most importantly, she had forgotten that on her tenth birthday her mother told her "The right path is life, means the good in life, by that I mean, helping others, no drinking, and picking good friends and crowds to be with", the girl had forgotten her mother own words to the right path.
