Reunited

It was a cold morning on December 15th, almost nearing Christmas. Couples buying gifts, Family's gathering to buy presents and trees to put up for their family and friend's. It was as if everyone could smell the cookies baking in the oven. But like an ordinary day for Lucy walking to school, she felt as if something special was about to be upon her.

{Lucy's POV}

It's the first day of my Senior year at Fairy tail High, and still I haven't seen him yet since he left. I woke up and got out of bed to prepare for my usual day for high school. I pulled my covers off and walked downstairs to make breakfast and then soon after that I got ready and left. While walking I took out my earbuds out to listen to music to block out anything relevant other than school packed with drama.

As I'm heading to the orientation for the announcing Freshman, I notice a different aura here. All the popular girls are squealing and screaming to the point where I feel like my eardrums are about to be pulled out, Even with my earbuds in. While walking up the stairs to the school, a huge crowd suddenly appears right before my eyes. I try to make it out of there and wait for it to die down, but before I realized it was too late.

"Move Bitch!", one of the popular girls said while rushing up the stairs and pushing me off the railing of the school building.

I close my eyes and in a flash recollect a comparable time like this one.

{Flashback}

"Come on Lucy!! You'll fall if you don't get down!!" Yelled Erza

"Okay! I'm coming do--" I said as I managed to get out before falling.

Without noticing I felt hands filled with warmth wrapping around me and I slowly start opening my eyes to soon reveal another person.

"Are you okay?!!" The unknown boy asked.

Slowly turning my head over to see my friends on the verge of crying and running towards me. But something was different... I was alive and not a single bruise on me. I snap my head back to the unknown person who saved me.

"Hi, My name is Natsu Dragneel, Nice to meet you!" He said with a plastered smile on his face.

"Much obliged to you for getting me, Natsu Dragneel, My name is Lucy Heartfilia!" I replied back chuckling while getting down.

"Want to come play with us for awhile?"

"I'd be honored Lucy."

Their relationship quickly bloomed it to something that was unexpected by everyone.

{Natsu's POV}

I was walking to Fairy Tail High with my friends who didn't seem to amused as we headed there. I felt normal again. Better to be back in Magnolia after 2 years I've been gone. The memories I've held so close to me were the only things keeping me sane while I was out of the country studying abroad.Everything I've missed hurt me more the longer I was there. Without a doubt I was depressed and

"Oi! Flambrain! The fangirls are coming towards us!" Gray shouted

"Yeah let's go I guess." I said shrugging and walking towards them

As I'm walking over to the group I see them whispering about something about me, but I can't quite hear what they're saying.

"Guys, don't you think he's a bit off today?" Gajeel said

"Yeah.. It is weird but let's talk about this later, He's already heading towards us.Also its our first day back so try not to get expelled." Everyone nodded at Gray's comment and everyone started to head back.

"Move bitch!"

In the corner of my eye I see a faint golden lock of hair sweep of the rails and I quickly snap my head and rush to save the Helpless screaming girl falling off the rails.

{Lucy's POV}

I quickly back snap into reality, Opened my eyes and it felt as if all my worries before were gone when I heard his voice, and the warmth of his hands.

"I'm back. Lucy."
