Alyssa's P.O.V.

After the great day with Jack I went back to my hotel room. It was around 6pm and I ordered supper. Spaghetti of course.

*Knock knock*

I opened the door and a man in his late twenties walking in with my food. After I thanked him and he walked out I took my tray with my food on it to my bed and turned on the TV.

"No new clues were found yet." the reporter said as a picture of my mom showed up.

I quickly changed channels and found a movie called The Gallows. I clicked on it and immediately regretted it. Some guy was being hung.

I shivered at that sight.

At this point I had noting else to watch so I just went on my phone and finished my spaghetti.

*Ding*

I had a text from an unknown number.

Great job Bunny. You already started your journey. Now, I'll tell you a little something about your mother, she's been hiding many secrets from you. Want to find one out? Go to the Pawn Shop on 8th street and ask for Jillian. She knows a lot about your mom;) Oh and let's just add a little bit more fun to the game. If you don't play, I'll come after everyone you love, one by one.

xoxo

"That son of a bitch," I muttered.

I grabbed my bag and walked out of the hotel. I started heading towards the police station. It was only a few blocks away.

I tugged on the sleeves of long sleeve shirt.

Damn I should have grabbed a coat.

I continued walking until a hand went over my mouth. I tried to scream but it came out muffled. I twisted, turned and kicked but he was stronger. He dragged me to the end of an alley. I bit down on his hand and he took it away.

"You bitch," he said as I tried to make a run for it.

He grabbed my arm and swung me so that my back hit the wall. I grabbed my other arm and I struggled underneath his grip.

"Honey just stop now. It's no use trying to fight me now," he smirked.

"What do you want from me? Money? I don't have any fucking money," I spat.

He smirked again and pet my hair. "Oh sweetie no. I was sent by my boss."

"Who's your boss?"

"I can't tell you that. It wouldn't be fun, Bunny."

As soon as he said that I knew exactly who he was talking about. His boss was the guy who killed my mom.

"Now I am just here to tell you to stop," he said interrupting my thoughts. He must have seen my confused look so he continued. "You can't go to the police. Or else we will have to kill you. It's as simple as that."

"The cops would find my body. They will figure out that you guys did it," I snapped.

The man started laughing. He was laughing so hard his face was turning red. Once he collected him self again he looked at me dead in the eye.

"Honey, you don't know what we are capable of. I could snap your neck right now and bury your body and no one would ever find you. We could even make your death look like a suicide. But then we couldn't continue playing our game," he smirked again. "So don't go to the cops okay hun? It's for your own good."
