A women gets pregnant and the father leaves her, so she put the child up for adoption. Years later the mother has a new lover (they could be married) and they find out that either, she can't have anymore children so like she wasn't supposed to be able to have children and the child she put up for adoption was her miracle baby or her lover can't have children, so they decide to adopt and end up adopting her child she put
up for adoption and either non of them know, the mom knows/figures it out, the child knows/figures it out, the lover knows/figures it out, or the doctor knows/figures it out. And can't decide if they should tell the rest.
