*Carly's POV*
"JUMP YOU RETARDED FOOL!" I screamed at the computer screen, dodging skeletons and zombies.
Really, it is not a good idea to put yourself on hardcore mode on Minecraft.
Just as I died for about the hundredth time, Madelyn called me,
"CARRRRLYYYY, WE'RE HAVING A MOVIE NIGHT!"
Yes, something to get my mind off my defeat!
I shut off the game and hurried downstairs. Mom was popping popcorn, and dad was squatting by the DVDs, trying to find one. It reminded me of the first night I was here, and Madelyn and I watched 'Poltergeist' with mom. It is hard to believe that was nearly four months ago.
"DAWN, I CAN'T FIND ANY GOOD MOVIES! WE'VE WATCHED ALL OF THESE!" dad yelled to mom, teetering on his heels.
Mom came into the living room and sat by him, re-checking through the movies.
She pulled one out, and bopped dad on the head saying,
"Here you idiot, we haven't watched this one yet."
She stood up and went back into the kitchen, and dad just stared at the movie in his hands.
"What movie is it?" I asked, and dad showed me the case.
'Drag Me To Hell' was the movie. Sounds creepy if you ask me.
Dad put it in the DVD player, and mom came in with popcorn. She turned off the lights, and all of us sat on the couch. Madelyn hurried out of the bathroom and flew beside me.

All throughout the movie, we cried, laughed, jumped, whatever. It was not the scariest movie, but enough for a reaction. By the time it ended, it was just dad and I up. We woke up Madelyn and mom and told them to go to bed.
But dad and I went into our rooms and played a horror map for our channels. Maybe this would fulfill me defeat from earlier.
