Hello. My name is Melody Ash. I have just turned eleven two months ago, and today is my first day of sixth grade.
I am ready to start a new life here at Cherry Creek Middle, with my goals for this year already set. My alarms are set extra early so I can get up and shower every morning. I have an agenda I will use to plan my study nights. I have the perfect clothes. I am ready for this. I must go now, I would not want to be late for the bus. But, I have confidence today.
I mean, how hard could sixth grade be?

3:07 pm-

Okay, apparently sixth grade is not as easy as I thought.... My new life is probably already trash.
When we got off the bus, I ran up to the doors, swinging them open. I was not, in fact, expecting an odor that smelled like too much purfume  mixed with body odor and rotten eggs to smack me in the face like a brick.
I was thinking about retreating when a wall of older students pushed me into the school building. I stumbled slightly but regained my balanced and walked towards the front desk to grab my schedule. As soon as I get it, I look over my classes, slowly walking down the hall, finding each classroom I would have to go to.
While I was looking down, I bumped into someone. We both fell to the ground, exclaiming sorry at the same time. We burst out laughing and help each other stand up. The girl had sholder length, choppy, dark brown hair, eyes so dark they looked black, and a kind smile. She told me her name was Annie and I told her mine. We decided to compare our classes and found that we had four out of eight classes in common; Art, PE, Reading, and Writing.
We talk until the bell rings and then part ways to go to homeroom.

I have to go eat dinner. I will write a little more before I sleep, and tomorrow.

7:38 pm-

To continue the story, we spent the rest of our classes together getting to know each other. At the end of the day, we walked outside to wait for the bus. A girl I did not know walked up to us. She had long, curly blonde hair, green eyes, and was wearing a rather revealing top and shorts. As she got closer, there was this aroma, like flowers and the sea.
"Hi, Annie. How are you," the girl said.  She seemed nice, too nice.
"What do you want, Bella?" Annie rolled her eyes.
"I can't just visit an old friend?" Bella pouted.
"No." Annie stared coldly at Bella, waiting for her to leave.
"Well, I didn't come to see you anyways," she scrunched up her nose, turned to me and smiled. "Would you like to come to my 'First Day Back' party?"
Annie stood behind her shaking her head over and over.
"Uh...sure?"
Annie facepalmed.
"Great! All the info is in here. See you later," Bella turned and left.
"You are going to regret that." Annie said as we got on the bus.

Yeah so, my day was not that good buy I'll bet tomorrow will be better. Good night! ♡♡♡
