"Babe, does it bother you that we're the same height?" You ask one morning, looking deeply into James' eyes. After a night of worrying about whether it did or not, you needed to find out whether your imagination was just an image in your head, or if it was the reality.
"Of course not, if I did, you know I would've told you." He was right, he did voice his opinion a lot, but in a polite way.
"Well ya, but all of your brother's wives are shorter than them," I say, forwarding my point.
"Miss, your vertical advantages over my brothers and their wives do not bother me in a single way. Honestly, you and I being the same height make us perfect for each other." He said kissing my head. Somehow, he always knew how to comfort me. And right now, our heights were not a problem.
