Look momma I know you hurtin
The doctors pushing you all types of ways
But the truth is lurking
Nobody know what they saying these days
And it's a real shame
Cause I jus don wanna worry
But nobody is here to blame
I jus look up in the sky
Maybe even ask God why
Why does my momma hurt like this, why everyone mind set like this, why can't we all just chill and live
But I gotta understand that's not the way life works
You be down in the trenches
And get told to jus keep up hope
Every body sit here playing you dirty
But then turn around asking "hey where's my thirty"
Like you the one that playing games
But you been holding it down since before labron James
You all say you need a real one to hold you down
But when they come around
You are nowhere to be found
Like it's crazy, all these young females out here hating
But at the end of the day Imma jus be here praying
Praying for the world to be a better place
When the it boils down to the truth you just sit there with a straight face
If it's not about you why should you care
But what happens when you're the one in despair
Is everyone supposed to look your way
When you only gave yourself the time of day
It's all good though cause the faster you realize you only have yourself
Like a lonely paper on a bookshelf
All your cares seem to fade away
Until it turns into another day
