I woke from my awkward position on the floor and groaned. The hard floor was nowhere close to being as comfy as the fluffy bed. I had sworn to myself that I wouldn’t sleep in the same bed as Cameron. Whether it meant sleeping uncomfortably for the next few days.

I rolled on to my stomach and turned towards the digital clock beside the bed. The clocked blinked 6:05 in a dark red color. I groaned and pulled myself out of the blanket and pillow cocoon I had made on the floor. I stretched out my back and walked into the washroom to perform my morning rituals. My morning rituals consisted of brushing my teeth, showering and getting dressed in something appealing, oh don’t forget I also had to do my hair.

I slipped on a cute sleeveless chiffon shirt. The shirt had black polka dots, which contrasted perfectly with the creamy white color of the shirt. I pulled on a pair of high waist jeans shorts and white flats. I added some simple makeup to finish off the look. I exited the washroom to find shirtless Cameron searching through his bag.

“Trying to find something?”  I asked simply. He waved me off and continued to look. I was going to offer some help but since he is so keen on ignoring me I decided to mind my own business.

I grabbed my key card and slipped out the door. I quickly re-opened the door and grabbed my purse and phone. I shut the door once again and left. I entered the large elevator with annoying music. The elevator was rather empty other than two boys who looked around my age. I smile at them, and received a smile back. Both boys were equally attractive. One had red hair with green eyes while the other had black hair with blue eyes.  I awkwardly stared in awe as I waited for the elevator to reach the right floor.

The elevator dinked and I walked out searching my way around looking for the Café. I spotted Rose as I entered the café and she waved me other.

I walked over to her. “Hey!” I cheerfully said to Rose as she eyed me down. Rose wore a simple red and white striped tan top with high waist shorts.

“So hot!” Rose chirped. I nodded sipping my coffee. I explained how I saw the two hot boys in the elevator and she told me I was a “lucky duck” and then we got off topic and started chatting about everything possible.

“I wanted to talk to you about Landon.” She said shyly. I had never though I would see Rose be shy. I groaned. I didn’t want to talk to Cameron about it and don’t want to talk to Rose about it.

“Please” she begged. I nodded not wanting to upset her.

“I saw what happened, and I thought it was horrible of Landon.” I nodded. Waiting for her to continue. “ I just want you to know, that I don’t feel the same way about you.” Her words placed a smile on my face and I nodded telling her that I never believed she would of felt that way.  We hugged and shared a small moment before going back to our chitchats.

Rose and I had decided to have a girl’s day. We spent the whole day shopping and gossiping. We each brought three or four bags full of clothes, shoes and jewelry. While Rose and I had a girl’s day Cameron roamed the streets snapping picture everything he saw. After going through the pictures he had taken today, I had to say he was an incredible photographer.

I lay on the bed staring at the wall as Cameron wandered into the washroom. He decided to go shower and leave me to die of boredom on my own. I stared at the wall then at the chair and noticed things I hadn’t ever paid attention too.

“Bored without me?” Cameron teased walking out of the washroom. His bare chest slightly wet as he walked into the dimly lit bedroom. His shaggy brown hair dripping all over the floor. I rolled my eyes trying not to get attracted to his finely toned abs. He sat down beside me and I stared dosing off before I could the dimwit started tickling me as if there was no tomorrow.
