>Today is the first day we have known about an airborne strain. Possibly deadly, effects unknown. Information cannot and will not be disclosed to the public. We will contain the strain and study it further.
>Worker got into contact with the virus and had to be taken down immediately, showing signs of agression and skin irritation. Virus labeled Volatilis nex Morbus. Procedures and cautions are in effect. Threat level yellow.
>Threat level orange at 1800 hours. Subject appears to show signs of rapid deterioration-- skin rash spread to 80% of body, gangrenous tissue found on limbs and face. Body temperature soaring at 108° F and rising. Further analysis underway.
>Subject appears to become violent. Organ failure, blood clotting, respiratory failure. New data reveals the air strain of Volatilis Nex M. lethal and full containment has been initiated. Threat level now red. Workers and all personnel are not permitted to leave the facility. Waivers signed, families notified.
>Containment failure. Public has now been made aware of the airborne strain and civilians are being evacuated. All 117 personnel still in quarantine. One hundred people exposed to virus and counting. Death rate: 100%. Possible vaccinations evaluated.
>Vaccination incomplete. No sign of cure. Airborne strain too resilient. A minority of those exposed show signs of possible immunity to virus. Research ongoing.
>Cell duplication slowed down. Virus stopped. Immunity discovered, data sent and received at 0630 hours.
>Virus kills off all other illnesses and/or disease such as cancer and HIV/AIDS: could it be a possible cure? Effects unknown. Further analysis pending.
>86 personnel contaminated, full lockdown taking place. Failsafes in effect, all essential members safely in panic rooms.
> Two out of three panic rooms breached. Eleven surviving faculty in last room.
>Virus displays reanimation in cadavers 48 hours or less after infection. At this time all personnel are deceased.
>Subject failure. Immunity replication failure. Vaccine failure. Containment failure.
>Virus presence detected on all continents, spread rate 150%. Full outbreak projected at one week. Complete human infection at one month. Extermination of human species: one year.
>God help us, it cannot be stopped.
