CHESKA

I waved goodbye as we decided to go back to our cabins since the sun was going down. I was quite happy they were gone, not being able to stand the rumors.

Thats when i remembered Raili was going to tell me something.

"Raili, what were you going to say to me? You know, before the headache..."

"Oh right. Yeah," she said.

"Well, what is it?" i asked,

"Im sorry," she said.

Suprised, i stopped walking. Why would she be sorry?

"Sorry?"

"Yes, sorry. I know how you really like Nico and..."

She didnt continue, which was a huge relief to me.

"Look, Raili, after i had heard the rumors, i held a small grudge on you. But, it hurts, because youre my best friend... and sister."

I thought she would hate me after that, but instead, she smiled.

"Thanks," she said, "And sorry."

I ate dinner just to get my mind of the stupid rumors, which i called Pete, for some reason. Maybe because i liked to have someone to blame, not something. I dint hold a grudge on Raili anymore, but Pete really annoyed me.

"You okay?" Will asked,

"Nope," i told him, not thinking of any reason to lie.

I heard a shriek, a fangirling shriek. Curious, i walked outside, and my day was completely... ruined. Gods, Pete.

Outside, Nico was surrounded by girls, including Roshan and my other sisters. I saw Danika, half awake, pushing them away. I guess she woke up unpleasantly.

"Whats going on there?" i heard a voice say.

Will and a few other guys came out and watched the crowd of crazy teenagers. Danika was still trying to push them away, sometimes pulling out strands of hair and... ouch.

"Gods, she's amazing." one of my brothers said.

If it werent for today, i would have told him, 'Good Luck'.

When everyone cleared, rubbing their head and holding the pulled out strands of hair I walked over to them and noticed Raili, who i dint see from the cabin view.

"Youre back," i said, trying to stay calm.

"Yeah, and i get this." Nico said.

"Yeah, well, your welcome." Danika chimed in.

She looked really tired. She still wore her pajamas, or what she wore as pajamas. Jogging pants and a shirt. You could say she was kind of boyish.

"Goodnight," Nico called out as Danika marched back to her cabin.

"Mornin'," Danika said from afar.

I looked away and saw Nico and Raili blushing. I kind of grinned, seeing how lost they were...
