'Huff, huff, huff' I pant, as I sprint down the streets. I'm being chased by some wild dogs and I'm almost home. I see my house up ahead and then there's a huge dog in front of me making me stop quickly. The dog looks like a Husky but I know it's probably a wolf hybrid or something. But before I get too ahead of myself, I should probably introduce myself, my name is Ace, and I am 13. I have raven black hair that's cut really short, I also have eyes that seem to change colors. Now, back to me being chased by wolves, yay!(note the sarcasm) The wolf in front of me looks to be their leader, and the other dogs seem to look to him for what to do next. I hear a noise and look around, the only light from a dim street lamp, so I can only see the dark outlines of things not in the pool of light. A man (teenager? manboy?) stepped out of the shadows so I could only see little more than an outline, his face shadowed.
Before I get to me almost getting murdered, though I should go back to the beginning.

... I slam my fist down on the alarm clock effectively killing it and the racket coming from it. This happens every morning you see, I am woken up by an alarm clock and then I smash it (this is the 5th one this month alone). I checked the time on my phone to see how long I have before the bus comes, it's 7:10 right now... I thought 7:10?!?!?!?! I run around trying to get my school stuff together, and I fell down the stairs of course I thought as I reached the bottom. I saw it was 7:18, and knew I had to go or I would miss the bus. As I ran outside I saw the bus down the street, going around the corner. Knowing I would be late for school no matter how fast I ran, I just walked to the school.
~~~~* 10 minutes later*~~~~
I finally got to school just as the late bell rang, so I sprinted to my locker as fast as I could so I wouldn't be so late for class. Since I was a new kid, I had to go to the office for a schedule though so I would be even more late for my first hour. I got to the office and they gave me my schedule. I had math first hour, on the second floor.
~~~~*time skip to end of day because everybody knows how school goes*~~~~

After school, I had to walk home and I thought it would be a great idea to cut through the woods, since they end by my house. And as luck would have it I of course got lost, especially with my oh so amazing navigational skills. As I was wandering around the woods I heard wolves howling in the distance, knowing I would probably get attacked or eaten if I stayed there for much longer, I chose a direction going away from the wolves. I started running as faster as I saw I was nearing the edge of the woods. The only bad thing about this was I that I was miles from home, and closer to the opposite end of town from where I lived. Being really tired from running through the woods, I walked home slowly to conserve what little energy I had left.

As I got closer to the center of town, I heard the howling again, but it sounded closer than before, they can't be that close, I thought as I turned around to see a pack of wild wolves coming through the trees and towards me. I ran as fast as I could, taking shortcuts along the way back home. Finally I was stopped when the wolves cornered me, not even 60 yards from my house. There is no way I could make it home, because what seems to be their Alpha is watching my every move. I heard a noise to my right so I turned to look, and I saw a man.

He was tall, had what looked like dark brownish hair, and slightly skinny, he wore a white sweatshirt and dark jeans. I saw a glint of something shiny in his hand and saw he had what looked like a knife, so I started to panic a bit, even though I knew I was being stupid and should really be keeping calm. I knew I had to escape quickly, so I looked for something to distract them, and a few feet away, I saw a lead pipe. Knowing this was my only chance to escape, I lunged for the pipe and swung it at the Alpha effectively knocking him down. I ran as fast as my tired legs could carry me until, the man stepped in front of me. I stopped quickly, skidding a bit, and raised the pipe to protect myself from the knife. We fought for about 5 minutes before I saw an opportunity to run, and since I was losing I ran like a bat out of hell.

I got to my house and it was surprisingly unlocked, so I ran inside and barricaded the doors(as much as I could, anyways), and locked the windows, knowing I would have to be careful from now on whenever I was outside, or alone because that man would probably be watching and waiting for the perfect moment to strike. For the next few hours, I hid in a corner, being really paranoid, just waiting for the day to be over. I checked the clock, 10:39 I only have to survive another few hours. I heard a crash coming from the kitchen, and I went to look, even though in a horror movie the people who investigate always die.
As I got to the kitchen I saw the man from before, and I ran, but I know he saw me because I heard his footsteps, but just barely. I kept running around the house until I was cornered. I knew there was no escaping now. I felt a blinding pain in my chest, and as I slowly looked down I saw a knife sticking out of it. It was pulled out and right before the world went black I heard him say in a deep, demonic voice, "Go to sleep."
