I held my dagger in position and stood in battle stance. Tyler stared at Jandira in shock.

"J-Jammy.."
I growled and ran for Jandira, she used her broom and tried to hit me but I just kept on stumbling, tumbling and dodging her stick.

"If you're not scared, then fight me! Fair and Square!" I yelled while recovering from a somersault.

She stopped in midair and jumped off of her broom, "You're completely right, empress. Does obedience to anyone run in your blood?" She then charged at me.

Her fingernails grew long, almost as long as my dagger and she lunged at me.

"Believe me, it only works when I want it to work." I said.

I hit her with my dagger but she took my arm and threw me over her shoulder. I managed to stand and hit her legs, she would've fell if it weren't for her broom.

"I believe that happens occasionally?" Jandira asked while having that stupid evil grin.

Jandira's nails sliced across my stomach causing me to fall back. I looked down and I was bleeding.

She cackled, and I hissed and lunged.
Our fight kept going on just like that. We stopped to catch our breaths. I still had a bleeding stomach, this time my wounds were added to a slice on my upper right forehead and a deep slice on the left fore arm. Good thing, it wasn't on my right. I fight better on that side.

Jandira had slices on her tibia, on her cheeks, shoulders and her heart. But she was still breathing.

"I don't die easy, empress. Just to let you know." Jandira gasped.

I blew my hair off and smirked, "I know, grandma. But I'm gonna kill you anyways."

I was about to lunge again but Harold jumped on to her, and Jandira's attention was all to him.

I jumped on to her back but failed to arms holding my waist.

"Let me go!" I yelled.

"No. G-Go get Jameine. We'll handle this." Tyler said.

"Idiot! That's your job, I'm going to knock the daylights of that stupid witch!"
"STOP BEING STUBBORN, MYRTLE!"

I stopped struggling and he let me go. I faced him and he looked like he just recovered from crying.

"I., please... Her body.. I can't stand to see it. I'm begging you.. please..-"
"Alright, alright, psycho. Don't cry in front of me." I said cutting him off and then I ran to the doors.

Jandira was right. there was nothing alive inside, the mist was gone and the place looked like a dungeon, only there were more bones around with red chains just like what Jameine had. Speaking of her.

"Tipton! Hey!" I yelled.

I spotted small movement at the right side, and went to her.

Jameine was lying on the floor breathing faintly, her pulse was slow. She was close to death but she opened an eye.

"Tyler?" She asked.

I rolled my eyes, "Your boyfriend was never a girl, Tipton. Come on, he's holding off Jandira we have to get out." I said.

"Turtle?"
"If until you die you can't get my name right, I swear, I'll send you to Valhalla myself." With that I forced her to stand up and carried her on my back, she's so cold, like she really is dead. I ran outside and saw Harold stabbing Jandira's back just like what I did with the Minotaur. I wanted to run to them but Jameine fell to the ground. I caught her head and laid it gently.

"T-Tyler.." She whispered.

"Stay awake. He'll be here." I said to her as I took a knee down.

She shook her head, "My life is fading.. Get him.."
I looked at her and she gasped for air. I ran towards Jandira and grabbed some soil from below, and threw it in her eyes. She hissed and fell back.

I didn't take my eyes off of her and just stood there in battling stance with my dagger.

"Tyler, she's barely breathing. Go." I said.

He didn't hesitate for a second and ran off to Jameine.

"Harold-" I started to say.

"I'll stay and fight." He said quickly.

I looked at him and nodded, BIG MISTAKE.

Jandira recovered and grabbed my throat, she sliced my neck.

"Myrtle!" Harold yelled as he came to me, but I used the advantage, I spun around and stabbed her heart. I held my neck and just kept my eyes on her as she took my dagger out slowly out of her chest.
"You.. foolish empress!" She said. She ran to my direction but she froze, and her body turned into gray stone.

"I win, Jan." I said and her body dissolved into air.

I fell to the ground, "Great."
Harold knelt to my side, "Myrtle! Ah.. Um.. Shit. I don't.. Tyler!"

He turned to Tyler's direction, but Tyler was still holding her hand and Jameine was still talking. My vision became blurry, and I could feel my body getting colder. I tried to move but failed miserably. Ugh, I hate feeling hopeless. But I am actually ready to accept death anytime, now is just not the right moment when I didn't even break through Coral's Palace yet.

"Myrtle! Stay awake! Don't close those eyes. Come on. Stay awake.. Myrtle!" Harold yelled but his voice seemed so distant. My life is fading, I guess I'll have to destroy and break rules in the next life.

"Please tell me if this mission was worth dying ." I croaked.

Harold had tears in his eyes. Ugh, drama.. I am nothing to no one but trouble. Why on Earth would he cry?
"Jameine's gone." A deep voice said.

Tyler appeared and he had bloodshot eyes again.

"You, idiot." was all I said.

I looked to my side and saw a pool of crimson blood.

"Don't try to heal me, dumb asses." then I blacked out. I know I'm dead.

Goodbye fairly unfair world. At least I lived my life better then these puny royalties, I never lived that life, and I have no regrets.
