The wind was raging around his body as he walked with purpose, barely noticing the biting wind that attacked every inch of his body. His mind was far too preoccupied to think about the cold, his mind was playing over the scene that had occurred only hours before.
His heart had been ripped out his chest, thrown away carelessly and left for the dogs to eat- or at least that's how it felt. Two long years of his life had been thrown in the bin, and all he was left with were the memories that he could never erase from his brain. He had been dumped, to put it bluntly.
"You're so stupid Joe," he muttered to himself, mentally slapping himself for ever thinking that he could be in a serious relationship with someone who was obsessed with their popularity.
The cars drove past him, probably assuming that he was a backpacker or just someone going on a hike; he was walking aimlessly down the side of a road, and he could barely see the familiar London skyline when he looked back which was both exciting and unnerving.
He had started walking, running at first, with the aim to clear his head and try and understand his feelings and it had ended up with him walking for miles, his emotions changing from sadness to anger then back to misery.
He wanted a change in his life. Little did he know that the very change he was asking for was only around the corner. Wearing a badass leather jacket.
So this was the prologue for 'Leather Jackets' which is going to be a Romance/ Teen Fiction kind of novel with some cool chapters and settings in it. Hope you enjoyed- vote and comment if you did!
