"I guess you didn't have to be so harsh. He does actually care about you." Michael said. "I know." I sighed. "But I didn't know what to do. The guy I haven't seen for ages just waltzes in here like nothing happened."
"I think you just text him, he was kind of upset at school today." Michael suggested.

"I can't. I deleted his number." I told him. "Well I'll just message it to you and-"

Michael was interrupted and he walked in. "Speaking of the devil." Michael said before he got up and left.

"I just wanted to apologise-" Calum started. "You shouldn't apologise. I should be the one saying sorry for shouting yesterday. I was just stressed after what happened."
"No I get it." He nodded with a little smile which was really cute. "What are you smiling at?" He asked.

"Nothing." I shook my head.
"So, did Luke visit today?" He asked as he sat down on the chair besides the bed. "He came for a little bit this afternoon. He dropped off some clothes, I should be leaving tomorrow."
"Leaving? What do you mean leaving?" He furrowed his eyebrows.

"The hospital Calum. Leaving the hospital." I chuckled as he let out a relaxed sigh. "I thought you and Luke were running off somewhere."
"Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere." I smiled.

I actually felt happy Calum was here. It felt like a huge part of my life was missing until Calum came back yesterday.
"Are you still living in the flat?" I asked.
Calum nodded. "My parents are making me stay there since they already converted my room into an art studio for my mom." He explained. "Oh." I said.

"Can I ask you a question?" He said. "You just did." I teased. "Like for real, would you ever consider moving back in with me? Like we used to do? We don't even have to live together as a couple, just best friends like before."
"You know I'm with Luke. I can't just move in with another boy." I laughed.
"So, dump him. And don't even say you love him because I know you don't."

"Don't start another fight." I moaned, rolling my eyes. "I'm not. I'm going to leave before things can escalate. The offer for the flat is always open." He said before leaving.

I sat back and sighed.
