A Splash Of Colour

Preface

It wasn't until about a year ago that I realized something. Something that made the whole world seem different to me. Everyone I knew looked the same. And no, I don't mean brother and sister same, I mean everyone had the same facial expressions.

I've been doing some research and apparently there is this expression called "smiling." Its when you squint your eyes together and show your teeth in the form of a "U." I've also saw this thing called "laughing." You smile but then at the same time, you begin to make noises that sound like screeching. I know, strange right?

But most of all, I have noticed that all of us have black hair and dark brown eyes. And for some reason, that bothers me. Its like were all controlled by someone. We have no expression what so ever. Well I wanna change that, and that is exactly what I will do.
