Never letting go (Hunhan)

Chapter 1

"Son, are you sure?"

"Yeah, mom. I need to forget about the past and begin again, right?"

"Yes but you have never been far before so it's worrying me, you can still come bac--"

"Mom, you know its not going to be easy if I stay there."

"Hmm, be well dear."

"Okay mom, bye."

"So early?"

"I have classes tommorrow."

"Ok, bye and sweet dreams."

"Good night."

Gosh! How should I enter and what am I suppose to say?
Aishh!...I should have woke up earlier, never ever in my life am I going to stay up late at night again.

Baekhyun was mentally scolding himself while standing at the door of his first class for getting late. Being a first year student and a transfaree in the middle of semester was enough to make him nervous as hell and getting late for his first class on the very first day just made it worse.

Now he will have to face a room full of students not to mention with all the attention on him and a professor firing questions on him. Just the thought of it was giving him goosebumps.

Maybe I should just skip it and go for the next class.
Yes, that'll be better, I can come early tomorrow.

As Baekhyun was thinking of going to his next class a voice interrupted his thoughts making Baekhyun a little startled.

"Are you new here?"

He turned back to look at the source of the voice only to face a chest which was really wide. So, when he looked up he saw a face with big eyes looking down at him, a wide smile plastered on his lips accompanied by two big ears which pretty much reminded Baekhyun of a monkey. A handsome giant-monkey.

"Yes", Baekhyun answered his question only to be followed by another.

"What's your name?" Your suppose to introduce yourself first.

Baekhyun thought but answered anyway,"Byun Baekhyun."

The other repeated the same,"Byun Baekhyun. It matches with your pretty face." followed by an unexpected compliment.

Baekhyun was slightly surprised. Pretty?Did he just called me pretty?But I am a guy.

Baekhyun's train of thoughts was again interrupted by a loud laughter which belonged to the handsome giant.

"You are pretty cute too when you think like that".

And your laughter matches more with your giant features when you laugh out like that.

Baekhyun thought but didn't say it instead he stated a fact, "And your pretty bold."

"Yeah, everyone tells me that but we should go inside now."

Before Baekhyun could object he was already pulled in by the giant-monkey and faced a room full of students with all the pair of eyes on them.The nervousness again came back which he for a moment forgot he was feeling before talking with the giant.

"Not again Chanyeol." The professor spoke while writing something on the board.

"Wooah, professor I didn't knew you had eyes on your back too." the giant replied slightly amused.

"Who else could it be Chanyeol?"

So, Chanyeol is his name.

Baekhyun  looked at the professor who was still saying something before turning to face them and stopped upon seeing Baekhyun,"Are you the new student?"
