You almost feel ashamed, that someone could be that important.

That without them, you feel like nothing.

No one will ever understand how much it hurts.

You feel hopeless, like nothing could save you.

But when it's over, and it's gone, you almost wish that you could have all that bad stuff back.

So that you could have the good.

Author's note: Niall is not in 1D right now in the story, but he will be in the future. This story will have Larry and Ziall, but it will mostly be focused on Larry. The poem thing right above this is on YouTube, just search "It's Like Screaming Larry Stylinson" it's about a minute long I think? I watched it about 500 times and I cried cause it reminded me of when Louis said Larry was bullshit. Haters can leave.

Prologue:

Harry's eyes glaze over with unshed tears as he read the tweet over and over again. The words sank into his brain and he started to sob. He clicked out of the tweet and looked away from the screen of his laptop, he closed his eyes and the words appeared behind his eyelids. The curly haired boy shook his head and opened his emerald green orbs, tears overflowing from his red rimmed eyes. The hurtful words were painfully burned into his brain. Glancing back at the page, the tears flowed more easily. No sound came from his mouth, but if someone where to be very quiet and listen carefully, they could hear Harry Styles' heart break. No, not just break, but smash into a million microscopic pieces. And with just a few hurtful words, Louis Tomlinson ripped his best friend's heart out.

"@Louis_Tomlinson: @skyleridk Hows this , Larry is the biggest load of bullshit I've ever heard. I'm happy why can't you accept that."

Harry parted his lips, and muttered, "Bullshit.", his voice soft and trembling. Larry wasn't bullshit. How could Louis say that their friendship was bullshit? Yeah, sure, the fans might have taken 'Larry Stylinson' too far, but did Louis have to call it bullshit? He and Lou were only best friends, they knew that, so why did he let the fans get to him? Both him and Louis knew they were both straight and liked girls, so why get so defensive? The two boys agreed they would just laugh at the crazy Larry shippers, but it seems as though Louis decided to break their pact. A tear slides down Harry's cheek as he read the tweet again, before reading some of the fan's tweets.

Harry rolled his eyes at the last tweet. This fandom is crazy, but he loves it. He responds to a few worried fans, saying that he is fine and that he doesn't mind what Louis said. But he does. Those few words crushed Harry's soul. His best friend cared more about what the fans think than what their friendship really is.

The curly haired boy logs out of twitter on his laptop and he goes on Wattpad. He sometimes goes here to read stories by fans. Many of these girls and guys are very talented writers actually, and he enjoys reading their work. He continues reading a story he started last night. Room 317. He is almost done with it, and he reads as Niall dies of prostate cancer, leaving Liam without a husband, and their children one father short. In 30 minutes, he is at the end, where Liam commits suicide to be with Niall, and Louis and Harry are in their old age. Happy and together. Harry wants that. Not to be with Louis in a relationship, but to be happy with him, ignoring what the fans think. He sobs loudly, when the story ends. His heart hurts at the thought of Niall dying, and Liam killing himself to join his husband. But what hurts the most is that the Louis and Harry in that story don't really exist. The real Louis does care about what the fans think. The real Louis can't just be happy and not care what everyone else thinks. The real Harry doesn't get to be happy with his best friend.
