The Sun blinded my sight with full force , but the air was vibrant , there were colors everywhere, and everyone was happy.
I kept myself busy with the sand castle but it fell apart, it was simply too wet to hold it's own structure . Mumma came and placed a big Sun hat on my head and I sat there shrieking with joy as the waves came and went tickling my toes and my swimming trunks swelling up like a balloon."Don't you go too close to waves , Sammy "
Mumma came by my side ."Don't you go ..... waves"
"Don't .....go "
Her voice repeated , until it was a dying whisper , cursed to echo forever in my head. When I woke up mid night in the barn upon the decaying hay ,and realized that it was just a dream. At least mum was still with me in my dreams. I whipped my wet cheeks and waited for the Sun to crawl into the sky.
Waiting is all I've been doing till now,but not anymore.
