The Giant

It was the first day at Scout high and I was already in my class with my best friends Mikasa and Armin. We was sitting together talking until our teacher -Mr. Keith- walked in.

"QUIET!" He demanded strictly as the class got quiet. Jeez why was I surprise after all I'm pretty sure everyone was afraid of black people. Sorta. "I am Mr Keith Shardis your homeroom and Language Arts teacher got any problems keep them to yourself! Now time for introduction starting with you Ms Arlert!" Keith introduced.

"I am not a girl! I am a boy and I'm Armin arlert thank you for your time!" He said in a mad tone while the glass snickered.
"I'm Mikasa Ackerman and Eren is my best friend" she says with the same expressionless face.

This tan guy just had the nerve to blush and said. "You have really beautiful hair" but instead of returning the favour she sits down. "I'm Reiner Braun" "I'm Sasha braus and I love potatoes!" She exclaimed.

So on the glass introduced there selves. "I'm Mina Carolina!" My eyes wandered until this really tall guy stood up and was really nervous. "M-My n-name is B-Bertholdt H-H-Hoover" he stutters. He is quite tall for a guy in the 9th grade.
He could possibly be taller then the teacher.

For some reason I wanted to be his friend. He seemed like a nice guy.

"AND WHAT IS WITH YOUR EYES YEAGER WHY ARE YOU WATCHING HOOVER!" Mr. Keith yelled in my face making me red while the class snickered.

"Nothing! I uh just....my name is Eren by the way nice to meet you all" I chuckled nervously. "Extra homework for you" he says while walking to his desk.

I roll my eyes and see Bertholdt looking at me as I immediately look away.

"Alright class for your first assignment you all will have to read a book and pick any partner and then present what the book is about" he says while the whole class groans.

"Shut up! Now pick a partner!" He yells strictly and the whole class sets to find a partner.

"Hey Eren wanna-Ouch!" Armin was cut off with Mikasa pushing him to a table where some blonde girl was sitting and she ended up whining. "Eren wanna be my partner?" Mikasa asked. "Uh sure" I chuckle as I see the buff guy go over to Bertholdt. Maybe there partners now

"I know what book we should read" Mikasa says while we both sit down together. "What?" I asked while looking over the class I would hope to get along with.

"Romeo and Juliet" she says with her face red. "Really?? Why can't we read something with action I don't care if it's a manga" I mumble.

"If we read something romantic it will bring us closer" she says.

GAG!!!!!

The bell rings thank god and I go up and run over to Bertholdt who was just leaving.

"Mr Hoover!" I smile excitedly when I reach him. He seems nervous and sweat starts beaming from his forehead and temples.

"I got a question" I say as we walk together. "What is it?" He asked stuttering a bit. "Why are you so freakishly tall for a 9th grader?" I asked with him sweating more. "Uh..." He trails off looking embarrassed. "Sorry I got to go to class" he says quickly then leaves.

"Wow I guess you offended the giant" Mikasa says while coming up to me with Armin. "What a loser you are"

I frown. I hope I didn't embarrassed him
