Adalynn woke the next morning with a small smile on her face. The sun sent a warm beam of light into the room and awoke Adalynn slowly. It was the most pleasant she had been woken in a while.

She was momentarily blinded by the warm light when she opened her eyes. Adalynn sat up and looked around, the smile slipping off her face. The last thing she remembered was snuggling close to Harry as the movie switched to a happy ending. She didn't know that Harry had brought her to his room, and she didnt know where she was, because Harry wasn't there.

Adalynn stood from the vacant bed and slowly made her way out into the hallway. As soon as she stepped out she recognized where she was, but she had no idea where Harry was.

Adalynn walked out to Harry's living room and looked around. She decided to stay in there until Harry showed. With closer inspection she noticed that behind the TV was small library behind two doors on each side of the TV. She opened the door and started reading the titles.

Adalynn heard a door open behind her and spun around, a blush formed on her cheeks at the idea of her being caught for being nosy. She watched as Niall jogged into the room. He started to make his way to the same door Louis had, before freezing halfway through the room. He stared at Adalynn with wide eyes and Adalynn stared back, slightly scared.

"Uhh...aaa....aaaaaaaaaaa......Uh." Without uttering an actual word Niall backed out of the flat, his wide eyes never moving off Adalynn until he closed the door between them. Adalynn stared after him for what felt like a long while. Eventually though, Harry emerged from the hallway. He had a towel wrapped around his waist and water dripping from his hair. He gave Adalynn a sideways smile.

    "Good morning."

Adalynn looked down, not wanting to look at his half naked body. She knew that if she did she would end up saying something embarrassing.

"Good morning." She said, smiling and looking everywhere but at Harry.

Harry smirked and raised an eyebrow, clearing his throat quietly. Adalynn fell for his trick and looked at him. She couldn't tear her eyes off him and her face turned bright red. "I hope you didn't mind...you fell asleep last night and I didn't want to wake you. So I brought you into my room." He said, grinning.

Adalynn nodded, "Um. Yeah. Thanks." She replied, forcing herself to look away.

Harry chuckled, " I'll go out on some clothes."

"Thank god." Adalynn thought. She only nodded in response before sitting down on Harry's couch.

"Oh crap!" She exclaimed, jumping up as Harry came back out. "I just realized I have class! I have to go! Thanks for everything, Harry." She started to the door but Harry followed.

   "I can drive you."

"No. It's fine. I can walk. It's not that far."

    "But I want to."

After Harry dropped Adalynn off at school he drove around for awhile. He was secretly avoiding his home, knowing that Louis was waiting for him. He had hoped that he would be able to tell Louis, instead of him finding out like this.

Harry drove around the city, swerving in and out of traffic. His thoughts clouded with Adalynn. Harry knew he was being stupid. He knew that eventually she would find his secret. It's too big to hide forever. He knew that he was only living in the moment, while he should be planning for the future. He knew that he shouldn't have tracked her down. He should've kept any knowledge of Adalynn a secret. He knew he shouldn't have met her, but he couldn't resist.

When Harry did find his way back home Louis was waiting for him- just as he suspected. As Harry made his way into his flat Louis followed in complete silence. Louis closed the door behind him and leaned on it, crossing his arms and staring at Harry. Harry turned around and looked at his friend, biting the inside of his lip and nodding. "Well? Get on with it." Harry said, waiting for Louis to yell at him. He did not disappoint.

"You idiot! You complete, utter, idiot! Of all the girls in all of England -and the world for heavens sake!- you choose her!? You choose the one girl with whom a relationship will never, ever work? Are you honestly that stupid?! Or do you just like the challenge? Or do you honestly just like breaking girls hearts!?"

Harry furrowed his eyebrows. He had expected Louis to say that he was being stupid, but not that he was breaking her heart. How was he breaking her heart? "I-I-"

"What, Harry? You didn't think? Did you not realize how stupid this is?!"

        "Of course I did!

"Then why did you do it?!"

Harry fell silent. "Why did I do it?" He thought. Yes, Adalynn Summers was beautiful, smart, nice- but so were many other girls. Many other girls that Harry wasn't stalking. So why did he do it? Why did he search for Adalynn , ask her to be his girlfriend? It couldn't have been only because he enjoyed a challenge- God knows he did. But could it be possible, that Harry Styles himself had fallen in love at first sight?

"Well? What do you have to say for yourself?!"

"I would apologize," He said,"But I have no reason to. She's a wonderful girl, you would realize that if you weren't so blinded by your unreasonable hate for her. I lo-" Harry froze, realizing what he was about to say. "I really really like her."

Louis stared at Harry, blue meeting green, for what felt like ages. Finally his face broke and he laughed. "You are unbelievable," he laughed. "How many dates have you been on?"

      "Um. Four."

Louis sighed, "Thank god. Only four? I was sure you two were married or something."

     "Um."

Louis' eyes widened. "Please tell me you aren't married."

Harry laughed. "No, we aren't married." His smile faded off his face in concern."But I asked her to be my girlfriend...and she said yes"

Louis covered his eyes with his hand, letting out a sigh. "You are the biggest idiot. I suppose, though, if you really really like her, then I can get used to the idea." He uncovered his eyes and laughed, walking into Harry's kitchen. Harry followed close behind  with a smile on his face and sat at the bar-like island. "Does Simon know?" Louis asked. Harry shook his head in response and Louis took out a soda from Harry's fridge. Suddenly louis got serious again, leaning on the island with both hands, his arms extended. "Harry. What are you going to do if she finds out? That you're...you know...watching her?"

Harry looked down at his hands, lying flat on the smooth tabletop. "I honestly have no idea."
