Diet tips?

Usually the obvious is only eat till your stomach feels full, and not you. Ever notice how your stomach is flatter in the morning? Usually the best way to lose weight is knowing how big your stomach is. On average it's just a fist full. SURPRISE! It's healthier to have a food amount as big as your fist every hour or two, not usual from the usual three meals a day right? Cause snacking is healthier! And yes, you can snack on healthy foods such as eggs, almonds, and if it's your cheat day yay chips! NOT AS MUCH THOUGH.
That saying goes is the best way,
'You are what you eat'
And if it's already made food that's processed, read the ingredients. If you read the ingredients for things such as chips, vanilla flavoring, etc....you'll notice things that'll make you question 'what even is that??' Research it if you don't know what it is.
Example, vanilla flavoring actually has beaver anus in it!!! It has a weird name, I'll update later about it but some companies use it for substitute! Bleh.
