Chapter 5

Who is he?

Baekhyun's question was answered when Chanyeol went to the third person and engulfed him into a tight hug while saying his name,"Sehuuun."

Kris too stood up doing the same thing.

Sehun?..now I understand why the others are so worried about him.

Baekhyun looked up at the tall-pale figure approaching towards them with black piercing eyes and not too long or too short black messy hair with some of the bangs falling on his eyes. He was dressed casually or rather carelessly as he wored grey track-pants with a loose royal blue T-shirt along with red sneakers.

As in all of Sehun's appearance the thing which distracted Baekhyun when Chanyeol made him sit in front of Baekhyun was his right wrist. On his wrist was a cartier bracelet made of platinum which was glistening in his every slight movement. Beautiful.

According to Baekhyun, Sehun could be described in just one word lifeless. He was like black and white purely blank without a single trace of other colours in it. Sehun was so pale that if he were to sleep in a coffin anyone would have believed him to be dead also if not for his handsomeness others would have thought of him as a living dead body and to Baekhyun the younger pretty much reminded him of a supernatural being.

He looks like a vampire.

And when Sehun looked at Baekhyun when Chanyeol introduced Baekhyun to him. Baekhyun saw nothing in his eyes, it was blank not a single emotion was in it or in his face nor was he paying any attention. He was just staring blankly at simply nothing .

Baekhyun was now observing the younger sitting in front of him and noticed that the other too had bags under his eyes followed by shrunken cheeks and that he was thinner than he seemed, if not for his broad shoulders the t-shirt he was wearing would have been just hanging on him.

Does he even eat?

"His our new friend talk with him too, okay?"

Chanyeol told Sehun like a mother tells her five year old son to be friendly when meeting new kids of his age, at which the other nodded slowly surprising Baekhyun since the younger seemed to be in another world as he stared at the food in front of him which Kai just placed.

Sehun was staring at the food so intensely that Baekhyun wondered if he was nodding at the food or Chanyeol.

How come you still look handsome when you look like a mess?

Baekhyun mentally asked himself knowing he was not going to get answers from the younger so soon because all he did was nod even though it was his long known friends talking to him.

Were they all in great mood since morning only to talk to a head moving body?

Baekhyun couldn't help but think a little bitterly since that's all his been doing while having a staring contest with the food which was still untouched but then as if reading Baekhyun's mind Chen nudged the younger sitting next to him while gesturing him to eat at which the other slowly picked the fork and started moving it on the food instead of eating it.

Baekhyun then diverted his eyes to the others thinking he might be the reason why the other is not looking up from his food only to see that their eyes too were glued on the younger.

"Uhm, Sehun would you like my strawberry cake instead?"

Suho asked while pushing it towards the younger at which as if in chorus all of their heads snapped towards Suho while glaring, reminding Suho that he just hit something sensitive and all of their heads again snapped towards Sehun in sync who was now motionless except for Baekhyun who was now confused at their head snapping actions.

What's wrong with strawberry cakes?

Sehun sat there for a moment before standing up and just walked out leaving all of them in silence.

"His still deeply stuck isn't he?" Xiumin was the first to break the silence

"Why else would he walked out?" Chen answered the older.

"Sorry guys." Suho apologized while looking at the now empty seat of Sehun.

Why is he apologising?

"Just be more careful next time." Lay sighed

"Now,When will the next time be?" Tao asked looking down

"We will just have to wait." Kyungsoo replied while looking at Kai who along with Kris and Chanyeol were silent as a dumb.

After the bell rang all of them dispersed and Baekhyun together with Chanyeol and Kris entered their class also as expected Sehun was not there, the rest of the class was just full of thoughts of the many students specially three students.

The day ended as usual, the same tense atmosphere again  covered them while Chanyeol was again trying to lift it up pretending to be energetic and happy which was instead making Baekhyun more concern about him since the latter seem to be faking it.

Baekhyun was once again left thinking about Sehun before going off to sleep and dreaming about the same person in black.
