Dangerous minds

It was around early in the morning that I rose up from my bed. I looked at the clock to see it was around 8:00 in the morning. I looked to my nightstand at the letter I wrote for Y/N. I got an idea of just how I would have it delivered to her. 

I didn't have to go to the hospital right now but I'd go sometime in the afternoon. They didn't need me now so it was alright. I needed to go because I knew when classes started to Y/N's school. I knew because I had a a couple nephews  who went to the same school. That could be my excuse if I ever were to see Y/N at school, she wouldn't think I be creeping on her because she could think I be visiting my nephews instead. 

I quickly got dressed in casual clothes, just a t-shirt and trousers. I quickly got into my Lexus as I was going to go to Y/N's house. It wasn't hard to figure out where she lived. She was pretty close to where my brother Marlon lived. She should be getting ready at home by now. I quickly rushed down the streets as I finally was able to pull up in a space across her house. I drove by her house once and luckily I was able to see her get out of her car. It had to be hers, I could tell by the decorations that hung inside. 

I slowly got out of my car as I looked around. No one was in sight. I didn't see anyone by the windows in her house. Upstairs no downstairs. This was my chance. I quickly walked across to where her car was parked outside as I slipped the note under the windshield wiper across the driver's seat. She would instantly see it. It did have her name on it. I quickly ran back to my car knowing she would be coming out any moment. I pulled a hoodie over me and had it over my head once I got back in my car. I acted like I was just minding my own business. I was parked under a tree so the shade helped too. 

"I love you too mom, I'll see you when I get home." I heard Y/N say. 

I slowly turned my head as I watched her close the front door and walk over to her car. She walked in front and I saw her take a step back as she noticed the note. I leaned in a little bit as I wanted to watch her facial expression. I watched her take the letter out of the envelope as she unfolded it. She started to read it. I also left a small rose by the letter as well. Just to bring a smile to her face. 

I watched a hand go over her mouth as she looked around. She picked up the rose from her windshield. She smelled it as I saw a small smile appear on her face. She bit her lip as she put her head down as if she was trying to hide the smile. I felt an instant smile appear on my face as I knew she was flattered, so flattered that she couldn't hold the excitement. It was so adorable to watch. I was going to have to watch her because if she were to write back I would need to know where she might put the note. Possibly back on her car. I wasn't sure how she exactly felt about the whole thing but I think she was flattered that someone had feelings for her. My feelings, if only I could tell her but this had to be secretive. 

I watched her get in the car as she pulled out of the driveway. She was now heading to school. I decided to follow her at a good distance. I wasn't going to do anything, just see her off to school. Her school wasn't too far from where she lived. About ten minutes. She pulled into a parking lot that was for students and I pulled into the guests. I watched her get out and walk up to the front of the school where some kids were talking and just hanging outside. 

I saw some friends greet her. Female friend, but then someone caught my eye. It was a boy who came up to her. This guy wasn't on my approval list that was for sure. No guy was though. This guy especially. I watched the way he looked at her when he came up to her. As if he was looking all smug or something. I gripped onto my steering wheel as I saw her pinch her butt. I could have got out of my car for that, but I had to lay low. He laid his hands on my girl and I wasn't having that. I decided to observe, to see how he would treat her and see how this guy meant to Y.N.
