Heart beats fast, colors and promises.
I woke up to find Levi already gone. This is a daily routine by now, so I'm not suprised. I get up and put on a white tank top and jeans, grab a leather jacket, then pull on brown boots. Looking on my nightstand, I found what I was looking for; my locket! It had a picture of me and Levi on our first date and I treasure it deeply. I brush my teeth, brush my hair, then leave my messy hair has it is. I start a cup of coffee at the machine, and wait until it's done. I grab a travel cup with my coffee in it, my keys to my (Y/F/C) sports car, lock the door behind me and head to work. As I'm driving, I start thinking, why is Levi gone all the time?
How to be brave, how can I love when I'm afraid to fall?
''Is he cheating?' I think, but quickly discard the thought of my boyfriend of 1 year cheating on me. I look down at the promise ring he gave me. It was a beautiful ring, the only and my favorite one I owned. A heart shaped ruby was on the silver band. I close door to my car then walk toward the office, but quickly turn around realizing I haven't had lunch, and Levi probably hasn't either. I get back into my car and run to (Y/F/R) to grab lunch for him and I. 'It'll be a nice break from his work, and I could talk to him about coming home earlier.
Watching you stand alone, all of my doubt, suddenly goes away somehow.
I walk into the restaurant and order for Levi and I. 'With this line, I'll be waiting for a while, I'll go next door to the shop, they usually have cool stuff there!' I think, running over to the store. As I enter, a little bell dings, and I get greeted by an old man running the cashier. I smile and wave, then go to the back of the store, where a narrow shelf stood. I scanned the shelf for anything interesting until I found something I felt Levi would like; a watch. This watch wasn't a Rolex or anything, but it had it's own special feature. The watch had a compartment in the bottom that could hold a picture. I took off my locket, took out the picture of me and Levi, and stuck it in the watch. I went to the cashier to pay for the watch. He put it in a small box and waved. I waved back and ran to the restaurant next door. Picking up the food, I went to the parking lot and drive back to the office. 'Levi's been needing a new watch, two birds with one stone!' I thought while driving to the office. As I arrived, I got out of the car and went into the office, carrying the food, watch, and my purse. I asked the attendant where Levi was.
"Oh, you must be Levi's girl! I'm Farlan! He's on the 10th floor, first door to the right of the elevator!" I thank Farlan and head for the elevator. As the elevator goes up, I start thinking of all the stuff Levi could be doing. The doors opened and I rushed down the hall, eager to see the man I love.
One step closer...
I stop by the door Farlan instructed me to, and I heard a noise that sounded like moaning, what the fuck?
"Oh shit, fuck!" A girl moaned. I opened the door and lone behold: Levi and a girl having sex on his desk. My eyes clouded with tears as I stumbled backwards, hitting the wall. I dropped the food , but held my purse and the watch box tightly, hand clamping my mouth. Levi and the girl looked up, and their faces read fear. Levi had a little tint of regret in his stone grey eyes, pulling away from the girl and throwing on his clothes.
I have died everyday waiting for you.
"(Y/N), wait, it's not what it looks like!" Levi said, regret lacing his words.
"Oh, it's not what it looks like? To me it looks like you are fucking a random whore, what did I misunderstand?" I shouted, tears streaming down my cheeks.
"(Y/N) let me-" Levi started, but I cut him off
"NO LEVI, YOU LISTEN! WHAT DO YOU THINK I'VE BEEN DOING FOR THE LAST FUCKING EIGHT MONTHS, HUH? TWIDDLING MY THUMBS? NO! I'M WORKING AND GET HOME TO NO ONE! NOTHING EVER HAPPENS! FUCK YOU, I'M DONE, HAVE A NICE LIFE!"
Darling don't be afraid, I have loved you for a thousand years.
I scream, throwing the box on the ground and stomping on it. My fingers yank the ring off my finger and throw it next to the crushed boxes. With tears streaming down my face, and run for the nearest room to take cover in. I hear footsteps pounding behind me. I slip into one then hide behind a cabinet, tears still streaming down my face. I listen to see if he knew I was in here, but hear footsteps pounding past me. I turn to come face-to-face with Hanji, one of my good friends. I guess I slipped into her office by accident.
"It's Levi, wasn't it?" Hanji asked and I nodded, sobbing into her shoulder.
"I had a feeling. We'll get your stuff moved out of his house and you can stay with me for a bit. Is that ok?" Hanji asked stroking my (Y/H/C) (Y/H/L). I nodded my head and started going to my car to grab my stuff.
"Be strong, (Y/N)." Hanji calls out to me gently. I nod and head down the elevator and to my car.
~Timeskip to (Y/N) at Levi's house~
I started to pack when I hear a door open.
"W-what are y-y-you d-doing (Y-Y/N)?" Levi fearfully asked. Levi followed me home. Lovely, another way to make this hard on me.
"What the fuck do you think I'm doing?" I spat at him, a tear dropping from my eye onto my skin.
"(Y/n), d-don't go!" I ignored him and started pack my bags of all my stuff. 'Clothes, check, toiletries, check, personal items, check' I said in my head running around to get all my stuff, trying to convince myself that it was a really long vacation, but with Levi in the background, it made 10 times harder.
'Bora Bora (Y/n), you're off to Bora Bora. Maybe France or California.' I think, trying to block out Levi's pleads.
"(Y/N) I-I'm so so s-so sorry, j-just d-don't leave, please!" Levi sobbed begging at my feet. I shut my suitcases, carry them toward the door and turn around. A vase was shattered, on the ground. Blankets, pillows, and comforters were scattered on the floor accompanied by tipped over furniture. In the middle of a pile of pillows sat a crying Levi. What he cried about I had no clue. He brought this on himself. I looked away and walked out the door.
But I can't love you for a thousand more..
