The accident: Marichat/adrienette

Mari smiled sweetly and walked over to her chair and sat down. "What homework did our teachers assign?" Mari looked up at Adrien, who was thinking.

"Well, we got an assignment in math, reading in English, and a test tomorrow in science." He looked back at her and got out the extra homework sheets for her.

After a couple of minutes, Mari and adrien finished the homework, because Mari is a fast learner and he told the gorilla to pick him up at 7, but it was only 5:15.

"Mari, what types of things do you like to design? I know you like to design sundresses because spring is your favorite season, but what else?" He was looking at her ceiling on her futon, as he became more relaxed with marinette there.

She had stuttered less and less as they both got to know each other more and more. She was fascinated by him already, but hearing his feelings really made her understand. "Well, I also love to design coats and hats, along with stuff in my room, which I designed myself." She gestured to her whole room, as adrien looked around at the cherry blossom designs on multiple things around her room.

"Mari, can I ask you something?" Adrien looked at Marinette seriously, without his playful eyes or smile.

She was surprised at the sudden seriousness aroma in the room, but answered, "Yes. You can ask me anything."

He looked back up at the ceiling, focusing on what he was saying so it wouldn't sound weird. "Why are you so nervous around me? I know that you love my dad's fashions but is there something else?" He looked back at a blushing bluenette who just stared at him.

There was silence in the room of Marinette looking out her window, and adrien looking at her. Mari finally broke the silence by answering his question. " Actually, there is. I have... um.... sortofachushonyou." She spat out the rest of the sentence as she blushed a deeper pink.

Adrien looked at Marinette confused, who was now staring at the floor. "Wait, what?"

Mari took a deep breath and looked straight at adrien. " I sorta like you. I have for a while."

Adrien could not control his happiness. He was getting to know Mari, and sorta liked her as a bit more than a friend in the first place. He blushed a deep pink, maybe a bit lighter than Mari's rosy cheeks. He spoke up and looked at the floor sheepishly,  "R-really? I sort of had liked you for a while now too."

They both smiled at each other and talked about more and more things as the night progressed, and then it was almost time for Adrien to leave.

They both got up and Mari walked Adrien downstairs as they finished their conversation. "Well, I guess I'll be back tomorrow to help you with your homework again. Is it okay if I come at 6 though? I could barely eat."

Mari looked at Adrien and smiled, then remembered something. She ran inside and brought out a tray of cookies. "I made these earlier for Alya for helping me, but since you're here, and you or I haven't eaten, I figured we could eat them." Marinette blushed a light pink as she held the tray of warm chocolate chip cookies, and they smelled delicious.

Adrien looked at the tray of warm cookies, then back to Marinette. "Thanks, Mari." He took a bite as Marinette waited for him to say something. Adrien was surprised, then he hummed at the delicious cookie. "Marinette, this cookie is amazing! It might even be better than your parent's!"

Marinette blushed and smiled at Adrien who was just shoving the cookie into his mouth. "Thanks. All I did was add a bit more brown sugar then sprinkle some on top too." She was happy he loved her cookies.

Beep Beep the horn for adrien's limo arrived and he waved goodbye, as Mari waved at his limo.
