I am adding like 3-4 chapters tonight while watching Dark Shadows. Do you like that film. I love it. Mostly cus Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter and Tim Burton are, just amazing.

Chapter 9- That is Love

Doctors POV

"Where are you taking her!" I shouted to the half Cybermen, dragging the half conscious Shannen.

"To be turned into one of us" they replied.

Clara turned to face me. "This has happened before, remember?" She asked reaching for my hand.

I ran to the door, they had locked it, I pulled out my screwdriver and pointed it at the lock, the door flew open.

"I remember, let's go help her!" I answered, running to follow the Cybermen.

We appeared in this large black room. I heard a whimpering and then, a bright light shone in the middle of the room. There was a young women tied to a chair. It was Shannen.

"Shannen, it's me" I said softly, crouching down infront of her.

She lifted her head and I heard Clara gasp. Just like when I got infected with the little Cybermats, she had a side of her face, covered with electrical wires and blue lights. She looked at me, one of her eyes was ghostly white, the other, a faded green.

"I am so sorry Shannen" I whispered reaching for her the ropes.

"She doesn't like you Doctor, as much as you would like to think, she hates you" Shannen spat at me. Her voice harsh and cold

"No I don't hate him" she said again, her voice back to her normal, softer tone.

"Oh yeah, you love him, but he'll never love you, what about Elizabeth the first, well she thought she was the first, but you love him" She screeched, her voice harsh again.

"Oh, he doesn't know does he, he doesn't know you love him, well Doctor there's the secret"

I looked back at Shannen and she seemed to be blushing slightly. I smiled at her softly as I stood back up.

"Let me untie you" I said walking behind her.

"You really think I am tied to this chair, I could of got out ages ago, they just wanted the Cybermats to get inside of me, change me, make me realise the truth" the more spiteful side said.

Shannen stood up and pushed me to the floor. She grabbed my screwdriver from my pocket and threw into the corner.

"Clara stay where you are!" I called out. Clara backed away into a corner.

"Clara stay where you are!" Shannen mimicked.

"Shannen, I know you aren't you right now, but listen to me I.." I was interrupted by a cold sharp voice.

"Shannen will soon become one of us Doctor, she is losing her emotions slowly but surely, soon she will not remember who you are, but simply see you as a parasite that must be destroyed" The Cyberman-man said as he marched to stand infront of Shannen.

"You think that, but I know something that you don't" I shouted back.

"And what's that?" The Cyberman asked, stepping back.

"I know the last emotion to leave your mind before you transform" I called to him.

"ANSWER!" The Cyberman shouted.

"LOVE" I shouted, pushing the Cyberman out of the way.

I grabbed hold of Shannen and pulled her close. I wrapped my arms around her waist and kissed her like I have never kissed someone before.

Shannens POV

I tried to push the other Shannen out of me but it was impossible. I heard the Doctor say the word, Love.

I felt a warm sensation run through my body. I opened my eyes and saw the man of my dreams infront of me. Then I realised, he was kissing me . The Doctor let go and reached for my hand.

"WHAT IS THE SOURCE OF AFFECTION." The half Cyberman shouted, flexing out his hand.

I stared at him and shivered, not wanting to die like this, the Doctor wrapped his arm around me and pulled me into a one handed hug. I rested my hand on his chest and stared back at the half Cyberman.

"THAT IS LOVE MY DEAR MAN, OR WOMAN" The Doctor shouted back.

Clara ran to the corner of the room and handed The Doctor his screwdriver.

"Yeah sorry about that" I said to him. The screwdriver had broken.

I handed him my sonic gun and he sighed.

"What did I say, no guns silly" He laughed at me as I handed him his gun.

"And i said its a sonic gun, idiot" I laughed back.

He pointed my gun at another Cybermans head and pulled the trigger. Instantly the head exploded.

"Should get one of these" He smiled as he kissed my forehead.

"Need to be friendly with Torchwood then" I smiled back, instantly, his smile faded.
