Chapter 20

Ashton and I sit outside our gate at the airport. I'm so excited I'm shaking. We board in ten minutes and I can't sit still.

"Calm down babe. You're not gonna be like this on the plane are you? We'll be on the plane for a day." Ashton said. I laughed a little and sighed.

"I'm just excited. I haven't been outside of England." He gives me a quick kiss and I rest my head on his shoulder.

"What the hell are we gonna do while we're in the sky for a day?" I asked.

"Sleep." Ashton stated. I rolled my eyes at him.

"It's a good thing I downloaded more games and brought a book." I said and Ashton chuckled. His laugh is so cute. I could listen to it all day. We stayed in that position until our section was called to board the plane.

"One way flight to Australia is now boarding. Section A seats 1 through 35 is first." A lady announced over the intercom. I looked at our tickets and realized we were the last section to board. Section C seats 36 through 71. I sighed and waited until we were called. Just a few minutes later our section was called and we stood in line. I grinned from ear to ear as I followed Ashton. We gave the lady our tickets and we walked through the gate and on the plane. We walked almost all the way to the back to find 2 seats together. We put our carry-ons in the overhead compartment and sat down. I buckled up and smiled at Ashton.

"I can't believe you actually got us tickets to Australia. That must've cost a lot." I said.

"Don't worry about it. It's worth being alone with you." I smiled and gave Ashton a kiss.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please put on your seatbelts and turn off all electronics. We will be on the runway in approximately ten minutes. In case of emergency, I remind you that there are are masks above you. Thank you for flying with us and enjoy the ride." The captain said. I smiled and turned off my phone.

"Well the journey is now. Let's start with-" Ash cut me off.

"A nap?" He asked. I laughed.

"No. I was gonna say tic-tac-toe or something fun." Ashton laughed and I gave him a smile. I pulled the shade up so I could look out the window. I can't wait to get to Australia and meet Ashton's friend.
