The mystery woman and her shushu led Hominiede though the forest and into a nearby village.

"So," Hominiede started. "Ya mind telling me what this is all about, prying me from my friends and all?"

"We can't tell you until we get to where we're supposed to be." Pompiene answered. For a shushu, she had a pretty gentle voice.

"Don't worry, it won't  be long." Elahra added.

"Fine." Hominiede muttered under her breath.

They traversed through the small village and stopped at a small hut . The door was nothing more than a velvet-colored silk curtain flowing in the gentle breeze.

Pompiene took Hominiede by the wrist. "This is where you'll find the answers you need. We know all about you and your family's little predicament. And the man behind the silk knows as well. Open the silk curtain and ask all you desire to hear."

With her free hand, Hominiede pulled back the flowing silk and walked inside, with Pompiene still holding her wrist.

An aged man with still-flowing ginger hair sitting cross-legged in the middle of the room was the first thing she saw.

Elahra knelt before him. "Master, a lost Hybrid has wandered your way."

Without opening his eyes, the man simply asked. "Which one?"

Elahra turned around. "Got a name kid?"

"Hominiede."

The man smiled. "Oh, the youngest daughter." He finally opened his eyes, revealing his bright amber orbs.

"You know my family?" She asked excitedly.

"Of course. You're family's famous for you Hybrid children. It's not every day a Brakmarian Iop marries a Bontarian Cra. Most wouldn't exactly believe them to be such a great couple. Come. Sit down and take the shushu with you." He smiled as he looked at how Pompiene was still hanging into Hominiede's wrist.

The both of them sat down in front of the old man.

"Master Inrade," Pompiene started. "She needs to know just what happened to her father in great detail."

Inrade squinted and his ginger eyebrows were knit together. "Are you exactly sure she'll be able to do anything about it?"

"Do anything about what?" Hominiede asked, this time her eyebrows were knit together.

Inrade stroked Hominiede's head as he started his story. "It started when your father was younger, your age actually and he wronged the great King Rushu himself..."

Yugo paced back and forth, kicking a rock while he walked, with Az following behind him like a curious golden puppy. "There's a million things that could be happening to her right now and we don't even have a clue as to what." He though out loud.

"Well, she is an archer like Evangeline." Percedal said while fiddling around with Rubilax. "She seems like she's the type that would do at least okay on her own."

"Yeah, but she's as rough as they come." Amalia argued. "Not to mention she looks like she's been taking a page out of your book. Knowing her, she could start picking fights any minute."

"Well, let's at least not forget, she does claim to be a Cra so let's hope that she wouldn't pick fights like that. And besides, she went with those two to do nothing more than have a conversation. I'm pretty sure that she's just fine, Yugo. It's the shushu I'm worried about."
