He deceives people. He might be a girl. He might be smiling. He might be evil. He might be long haired. There's no end to the doubts for a man who names himself, 'Kano Shuuya'. Who knows if he lies, or who knows if he tells the truth. He keeps everything hidden.

Like her.

"Kano."

He show that grin at her, that usual face whenever he's with the group. "Hm?"

Suddenly,-- whack!-- a strong smack did he feel at the back of his head. So strong, he might have thought that he's going to faint any second.

"What was that for, Kido~?!" He cries at her.
Wearing that strict face as always, she pinches his cheek, seriously annoyed by him. He wonders why she is like this.

He's self-aware that Kido's doing the same things to him, as always. But there was something off. The glare she's using on him is like a hot, burning, sharp spear piercing through every part of his body. To simply put it, she's really mad. Kido is mainly the shady type of girl, hiding those of what she feels. Yet, getting to know her more, there's a kind heart inside that tiny body of hers. He believes in that the most.

"For being an idiot," She snaps at him, interrupting his sweet thoughts about her. Just when I was thinking greatly of you... He frowns in thought. What has he done?

He lets out a giggly laugh. "That, I know."

"You don't." Kido replies so fast; he thought she cuts him off in the middle of his last statement.
His eyes widen as he looks at her straight into those honest eyes. There's seriously something wrong. Her eyes hint of anger and worry. Her worry forms a feeling of sadness she doesn't want to think about. She lets out a sigh, releasing some steam.

"You really don't want to tell me anything?"
She eyes at him with blank eyes this time, like she just swept those feelings away to protect herself. Kano can't help but smirk about how interesting Kido is.

This is why he doesn't want to get separated from her.

"Tell you what~?" He wears that smiling face once again, but it annoys her more. What has he done? Confused, she pinched him harder this time, making him whine in pain.

"Stop wearing a mask all the time. It's disgusting." She exclaims with an angry glare. With her other free hand, she starts rubbing Kano's face lightly like she was trying to remove make-up. "It's annoying."

"Why." He breaks the mask, showing his true serious face. No smirking. No smiling. A frown forms from his face with glassy eyes filled with tears. This was his real face; his face not to be shown to anyone, but Kido.

"I want to know you more."

He laughs. "Kido, what's wrong with you today?! You just can't stop making me--"

"You think I'm going to say something that embarrassing a lie? Idiot." She flush as she looks at him straight in the eyes.

Oh.

So that's what's she worrying about. His reaction if she confesses to an idiot like him. Angered about why she fell in love with Kano. Is that so?

"There you go again, wearing that smiling face." She wipes his face,once again, as if he is wearing thick make-up. "Show me."

After a minute, a flushed, embarrassed, face of Kano is revealed. "As you can see..." He flusters a bit, but he continued anyways, "You're blushing face made me aroused, I don't know--"

A smack was delivered by a red-faced girl. "Y-Y-You... Don't say that in public!!"

"B-But you told me to be honest with you!" He exclaims back, also with a red-face.

"Not that honest." She shyly hides her face with her small hands. She was adorable.

He laughs funnily, making it incredibly infectious. "Oh dear." He hung his arms around her, resisting her urge to let go. "What did you do to me."

She laughs loudly, which rarely happens, then replies. "I made you hug me."

He might be the greatest deceiver in the world, but there's only one person who knows of his truth.
