Haley

I had moved to London a couple of weeks ago. Just looking for a place to settle down and to get away from all my problems.

I currently had a nice apartment, that I shared with a friend of mine, and was almost done with uni. I worked at the coffee shop not far from my place. Which was good. I could just easily walk to work. Even though I was working to save up for a car.

"Daydreaming on the job again Miss.Gladler?" I slowly turned around to see Chance. Chance was an ex of mine. Yes, I know I said that I had just moved in a couple of weeks ago. But I'm just to irresistible. Tony goes to the same uni I go to. At first I didn't really pay attention to him. But when I started working at the coffee shop. I realized he worked there.

We later became friends and he asked me out. Not wanting to turn down such an offer, I said yes.

But the more I got closer to him in our relationship. The more he seemed to find out about my past. I couldn't let that happen. So I broke up with him, and ever since then he has hated me.

"I wasn't daydreaming, idiot," I retorted rolling my eyes and turning back around to do my job. I worked as the cashier. It wasn't a bad job. It was actually pretty fun. Well except for the guys that would come and later try to get my number.

"Hey, why so feisty?" he said leaning on the counter. "Go away Chance," I said through gritted teeth.

Ever since we broke up he's been mean to me. That when ever he's around, all he has to do is look at me and I'll get upset. It's amazing how fast he can get under my skin.

"Well hey, I'm just here to tell you, your shift is over." Looking at the clock on my wrist. He was right, my shift was over five minutes ago.

"Bye Chance," I mumbled walking past him. Taking off my apron, I walked to the backroom. Hanging my apron up and grabbing my coat and bag. I took my red hair out of the bun it was in, letting it flow in waves down my shoulder.

Walking out of the back room and out the front door. I decided on calling Kassidy. Kassidy was a friend of mine I meet at uni. We became so close that we bought a apartment together.

Pulling my phone out of my pocket. I texted Kassidya message on what she wanted for dinner. Then put my pone back into my pocket.

After a while of walking. I got a text from her saying that she was out with her boyfriend. I guess I can have what ever for dinner.

Turning the corner, I could see my apartment just a couple of blocks away.

Butt then again. I could also see the gang of boys walk towards me....
