|Niall's POV|
I stayed behind River, still singing with the guys as she gave birth. As soon as our little girl came, our little boy decided to come out. River screamed in pain, crying out and panting.
"Almost done," the medic says softly, "You're doing well, Ms. Irwin.".
~Five Hours Later~
River was sleeping in her hospital bed, her forehead sweaty. Her chest rose and fell at a steady pace and she smiled softly in her sleep. I smiled softly, kissing her.
She groaned softly, "Where's the babies?".
"In their little hospital beds, safe and sound," I tell her.
River sat up and looked around. Her eyes were a bit dull, but they had happiness in them. She smiled weakly and stretched.
"What're we going to name them," I ask, carefully caressing our little boy's face.
"Rylan Rose and Malik James," River says.
"Perfect," I whispered softly, kissing River's lips.
She yawns again, then she went back to sleep, a hand on her stomach. She smiled again and softly snored.
Rylan began to cry, snapping me from my thoughts. She had her little fists beside her face and she kicked her little feet. I take off my shirt, remembering that the doctor said one way to calm a baby was skin to skin warmth.
I pick up Rylan, and hold her. She cooed softly, her bright eyes watching me. She cooed again, then she gave me a gummy smile.
"Hi, Princess, I'm daddy," I softly say. She cooed a third time, then she squeakily yawned. I pick up Malik too, then I sit down and hum to mine and River's twins.
They sleep, both looking more like River than me, but I was okay with that. River groaned softly, turning on her left side to face me and the twins.
I smiled, wondering if I could be happier, but I was surprised when I heard a somewhat familiar voice call for me.
"Bud," the small voice says.
I blinked, it couldn't be Tony.
"Bud," the voice says again.
I watched the door to River's room open. There, standing in the doorway was Ashton, Luke and....
"Tony," River gasps after she blinks a bit.
What's going on?
