Starfire's POV~

It has been two months since .... well .... since .... I saw Robin ... there have been no sightings of him nor Slade.... Raven and Beast Boy are much of the happy together ... Cyborg and I have become almost as close as Robin and I ....that only meaning friendship wise..... A promise is a promise ... and when I promise something I will not back down no matter the cost... Cyborg has been seeing my sister and has been spending much time with her when he is not worrying about me... they all worry .... they worry I will become like Robin but they respect my wishes to be alone .... that is what the feeling is constantly for me .... the feeling that a part of me is missing ... I know he is out there somewhere ... I know in my heart he really is ..... Muffled sounds filled my ears until I had not noticed it was dark out .... I came up after our pizza trip to the mall of shopping and I have been so lost in my thoughts I had not noticed that Cyborg sat beside me...

"Star.... "

"Greetings friend Cyborg how may I assist you... "I starred blankly off into the glowing full moon that rose high above my head with each passing moment.

" You can stop doing this to yourself Star ....."

"I do not believe I understand..."

"Starfire don't you dare lie to me .... your my little sister I know ... I know this is hard but .. "

" But what Cyborg .... What is it that you are dying to know.. What else will you do to try and make me feel like my self once again .... I do not think I will return to my real self ... not unless he barges through that door at this moment and remains truthful to his promise Cyborg .... there are no words to make me change my mind so do not try because it will end in your disappointment..." I held my legs close to my body and put my head between my folded arms and my legs. My chin presses further down into my knee as I try to quiet my silent sobs and wobbling lip...

"Star..... To be honest I don't have the words to make you feel better... But I do have arms to give you a hug... ears to listen to whatever you want to talk about, and I have a heart.... a heart that's aching to see you smile again.." I lifted my head and turned to see his one good eye blood-shot from crying.... these past two months have been a burning hell but Cyborg has acted as my water to simmer the fire but not extinguish the flame... I sniffled before I accepted his warm, loving hug... when he is around I do not feel as alone as I always do...

"Cyborg.... I feel ..... angry ... angry at myself.... but I am not angry .... I have much of that feeling for Slade but .... but I do not know whether I am angry at my self or I am angry at the fact that I am allowing my emotions to cloud my mind... " I tried let go of his embrace so it would not be the awkward between us but he would not let me go... He pulled in tighter and whispered into my ear...

"I want you to promise me Star... that you won't ever stop feeling something ... Don't let this stop you from being you... you are completely entitled to your own emotions... I don't ever want to hear you say that ... promise you won't stop caring ... you won't give up ... you won't stop feeling something... because we have to have bad days so we can appreciate the good ones.... Starfire ... promise me you won't leave us ...promise me you'll always be a Teen Titan...." I felt his tears hitting my forehead as he finished with a short breathed sigh trying to fight his wobbling lip...

"I promise Cyborg .... " He began to cry into my hair.... I know I should be the one constantly crying ... I should be searching day and night ... I should be obsessed with finding Robin but ... I am not ... I know he is alive out there ... so that is comfort for my soul but ... he is doing ' what is best for us...' So I trust his judgment... Robin is a big boy and can take care of himself ... I know he will be back ... or our paths will cross again ... he promised me that and I know he is a man of his word....
