Previously on ………..

The ride home didn’t take long, until we were back in the safety of the Palace. I made my way up to my room, escorted by my brother, who was flanked by the terrible trio- Tyler, Matt and Damon.

“If you need us, you know where we’ll be Princess” matt stated, in a playful but serious tone.

“Yeah, yeah, now go have fun you players”

“Are you sure princess, you took quite a smack?” Seth asked again for about the tenth time.

“Yes, go, besides Blaze will probably be here soon”.

And with that I slowly shut the door, hearing their footsteps drift further away as they left. My feet were killing so I sat on my bed, and pulled my bag up so I could find my IPod and headphones but instead I found a piece of paper, placed smoothly on top of my stuff. Which was never there before. The Paper had no recognisable scent, and as I slowly opened it, and was taken by surprise at what it said;

Maybe I’m your Mr. right

I slipped the note into the drawer, hoping it was a mistake, more like someone slipped it into the wrong bag, when a light knock sounded through the door, and Blaze followed.

“Hey, you ok?” she asked, concern spread across her face like a sheet, as she stepped over the Threshold and came and sat on floor, leaning back on my Antique oak Wardrobe.

“Yeah….umm, Blaze…can I ask you something?”

“You don’t have to ask silly, spill, what’s up?”

I didn’t know how to sum up what I wanted to tell her, so I got up and picked the piece of paper out the oak drawer and showed her the note as it was better than what I could tell her. I passed it over, and she met the note halfway and opened it and began reading. Her faced turned from natural to puppy faces but then grimaced.

“Do you know who it’s from?”

“No, that’s the problem. What if it’s real, what if it’s one of the alphas. Or what if it’s….” I cut myself off thinking off the other possibilities.

“But none of the future alphas are allowed near you. You know that. And what If it’s what?” Blaze asked, but from the look on her face, she looked like she already knew the answer but wanted it confirmed.

“What if they found us” I whispered,

“If they were here Luna, we would know. No one is getting through our security. They would be stupid to even try. Maybe it’s just a human guy from school.” She got up and hugged me tightly, releasing me from my panic.

“You know what, your right…I’m probably just getting paranoid”.

“Any who, what are-“Blaze was cut off by our jumps as the security alarm started going Crazy. Seth came into my room, looking sharp and alert, worry covering his whole aroma and expressions.
