"APPLEBLOOM!"

Applebloom woke up to the sound of her older sister's voice. "Mmph...what is it?" she answered drowsily. She was still tired and it was soooo early...

"It's time for your first day of high school. Ya don't wanna be late, do ya sugar cube?"

"Yeah. Ah get it. Ah get it. I'll go get ready, okay?" The tone in her voice showing she was CLEARLY annoyed with her sister's nagging.

"Alright sugar cube. It's just that you're a freshman now. An' high school is mighty different from middle school. Ain't that right, Big Mac?"

"Eeyup." Big Macintosh called from the other room.

"Ah get it, AH GET IT! I'm not a baby anymore, sis!" And with that being said, Applebloom decided to get ready for school.

The morning's sunlight shone directly on Scootaloo's face, therefore waking her up. She definitely DIDN'T want to get up right now. But then she remembered it was the first day of school. First day of HIGH SCHOOL. The same high school her long time idol RAINBOW DASH went to. She HAD to show Rainbow Dash how cool she can be. She HAD to! So she got dressed and went downstairs to have breakfast.

"Well looks like somebody's excited for their first day of high school." Her dad chuckled.

"More excited because I get to see Rainbow Dash! Not the actual "school" part of it. " Scootaloo explained while eating a bowl of cereal.

"Ah...well you'll like Canterlot High. I went there myself, you know. Me and your mother did."

"That's right, we did! You'll really like it there, Scootaloo!"

"Really? That's cool, I guess." Scootaloo said blandly. She was still more excited about seeing Rainbow Dash though. "Well, I'm gonna go. See ya later Mom and Dad!" She waved her parents goodbye and took off on her scooter.

"She didn't even eat the rest of her breakfast..." Her mother sighed.

"No...no....no....that absolutely WON'T do." Rarity critiqued.

"I don't see what's so wrong with it, sis..." Sweetie Belle said.

"It clashes, darling! Let me find something else for you to wear. You don't want to look bad on your first day of Freshman Year, do you?" Rarity shot back.

"Well...I guess not..."

"Then it's decided then." Rarity said as she left the room to look for a different outfit for her little sister. As soon as Rarity left the room, her mother and father came in. "So you ready for your first day of high school, Sweetie?" her father said.

"I guess I'm kinda nervous..."

"Well, you shouldn't be, Sweetie Belle! Some parts of high school are fun!"

"Really?" Sweetie Belle squeaked.

"Why of course darling! I had a lot of fun when I was in my Freshman Year! I enjoyed the Freshman Fair and many other activities." Rarity said as she walked back into a room with a white shirt with light pink stripes, a magenta colored jacked with shorter sleeves on it, and a light yellow skirt. She also brought a matching magenta headband and boots with yellow straps on them. "Wow sis! Is that for me?" Sweetie Belle looked at the clothes in awe. "Yes there are, Sweetie Belle. Now you best get in them. The school bus is coming soon." Rarity pointed out. "Oh...right." Sweetie Belle said as she went to her room to get changed and get ready for school as fast as she can.
