Great.
Just when I thought everything was perfect.
I was living my fairy-tale dream, where everything was perfictly fitted,
piece by piece.
I had the fame, I had the fortune.
Hell. I even had my own Edward Cullen.
Everything was handed to me, everything was given to me.
I just had to ask, then it came flying towards me.
But I can't ever bring back those memories.
It began when my parents died in that horrible fire.
I was beyond mortified.
The only thing I ever cared about was the money.
I really didn't care about the lives of my parents.
For all I knew, as long as they were giving us enough,
they were already doing a good job.
I rarely felt jealous of anyone.
Mostly I just thought they were jealous of me.
But that Antoinette.
She was different. I was jealous of her.
And believe me when I say that NEVER happens.
Antoinette had an okay family, sometimes up, sometimes down.
I used to make fun that she was wildly out of balance from us "rich kids".
But never did I hear her answer back.
Never did I hear her say anything.
She was beautiful. Everything about her was natural.
I guess I was jealous about that, too.
Sure, I had all the fancy make-up.
Probably all the Dior in the world.
I bragged that to everyone.
But Antoinette. She didn't CARE.
She was smart, funny. Talented.
She had a golden voice, everything.
The total package.
Later on did I ever realize that maybe I could be like her.
Maybe I could be like Antoinette.
But once I started becoming her friend,
I saw something dark inside of her.
I pushed that aside,
wanting to be like her.
When we finally became best friends..,
I saw something else.
It was darkness.
Antoinette was a vampire.
And she bit me.
I wanted to be like her.
Now here I am.
A vampire.
"Jake?" I whispered. He was so close to me,
sitting right next to me. I didn't want to bite him.
Since he was my boyfriend.
Antoinette died, for what reason, I didn't care WHY.
Jake looked at me,
I felt his body come closer. Wanting me closer.
Then it came. He kissed me,
I bit him.
It all appened quickly then.
I turned my boyfriend into a vampire.
