Prologue
The Waking
The Month Of Snow, Year Unknown...
~~~~~
Where am I?
Everything is dark, I can't feel anything...
What's going on?
I try to move but I can't...
I feel people around me, I hear them talking...
Am I dead?
I try to open my eyes, but it's like they're glued shut...
Why can't I open my eyes?!
I felt something or someone grab my hand...
"Please... please wake up... I know you can hear me."
What?
"C'mon wake up, I need you..."
Help...
I heard another person talking, but I couldn't quite understand what they were saying.
"Let go, it's been months, she's not waking up anytime soon.... I want you... let go!"
"I love her, you can't expect me.... to let go!"
Suddenly my eyes shot open
"Where am I?"
Once I sat up, I noticed that I was on a bed and that I had a boy holding my right hand.
There was a blonde headed girl sitting next to him, and when she saw I was up she left the room.
"Oh my... quick call..."
I started feeling very dizzy, black dots appeared before my eyes and then the darkness consumed me...
~~~~~~~~
"I swear Summer. She just sat up, then she fainted."
I heard the same voice from earlier talking...
My eyes fluttered open and I saw a woman wearing a white coat.
She must be Summer, the doctor.
"Hi dear, what can you remember?" she asked but before I could answer, the same blonde from before came bursting through the door. And before the boy could react, the blonde had attached her lips to his.
"I love you, Dain! Why can't you love me back?!" the blonde said, as tears poured out of her eyes.
Dain, (the boy) gave her a look of disgust and hatred. His eyes turned a dark shade of red and suddenly the blonde was on the floor coughing up blood. The sight was horrid.
How could that happen?
Dain's eyes went back to normal, and the blonde stopped coughing. The doctor told her she needed to go home and get some rest. The blonde nodded her head, leaving the room, eyes filled with tears.
"Hi sweetie, what can you remember?" Summer asked, sitting down
What's a sweetie?...
"Sweetie? What's a sweetie?" I asked tilting my head to the side, scratching my wrist.
"No. No, tell me you remember. Tell me you know who I am?!" Dain exclaimed clearly mad for some reason.
"Now Dain, go wait outside. Calm down. I'll ask her some questions, okay?"Summer said and Dain left the room.
