Testing Love

Hello guys so today I'm starting a new book. I have an another book called The Girl I Love. Well I'm starting this chapter and once I'm done with this chapter then  i will do my other chapter for my other book called Forever and Always.  I hope you guys like this book. So sorry if there are parts i misspelled. Well I hope you guys like this book. Lets get to it right.

 Chapter 1- Finding That Right Person

*Cassie POV*

 Its been a long day and my shift for work is done .I finally step out of the concrete. The cold breeze was sent to my body wish made me shiver. I wish I brought a sweater instead of a cardigan the cold weather is gonna give me a cold. I checked  the coffee shop door to make sure it was lock. I rubbed my arms to give me some heat in my body but that did no good. I just wanted to go home and turn on the heater and just cuddle with my pillows on my small bed. My hair scent smelt like coffee which i loved the smell. 

I got my ear buds from my pocket and took out my IPod. I plugged my ear-buds in my IPod and started listening to Lego by Ed Sheeran. I sang along with the music while walking home.Its is a ten minute walk to my apartment buildings. 

I hated working at the coffee shop because I always had the late night shifts. I had to pick up all the chairs , clean the table , clean the windows , and lock up. Nobody else had a late night shift so I had to do everything by myself. My boss was a dick and my co-works hated me. I don't know why but they did. My friend Stephanie worked at the coffee shop to. She was the only person who didn't hate me at the coffee place. I wish I didn't have to work here but my dad left me when i was 12 years old. My mom died 1 year after my dad left. I miss my mom so much. I have a little sister name Veronica and she is only 10 years old. I take care of her she comes to work with me at the coffee shop. Today she didn't come with me cause she had a cold. I lived with my Aunt Larrisa so Aunt Larrisa took care of her today. 

When I reach the apartment and turn my key to open the door. 

"Cassie!" i heard a little voice behind me. Before I can turn around my little sister jumped on me. 

"Hi Veronica. Are you felling better?" I said while putting my hand on her forehead. She was still warm.

"Yea i just have a headache."

"Okay ..... Um where is Aunt Larissa?" i said while looking around. 

"She right there" she said pointed and Aunt Larissa and walked away. 

"Hey Aunt Larissa. Thank You again for watch Veronica." I said

"No prob. I'm go to work now I still have a bunch of paperwork on my desk. I will be home at 12:00 pm tonight so don't worry. Bye" she said while waving bye.

"Bye" i said

"Bye auntie" Veronica said while running to Aunt Larissa to give her a hug.

I checked my phone and it was already 10 o'clock. Veronica and I needed to go to bed for school tomorrow. I walked over to the door to lock the wooden door. I took Veronica hand and walked her upstairs to her room. We finally reach her room and I grabbed her and tuck her into bed. I told her a bedtime story that my mom used to tell to me. Veronica fell asleep and i place a kiss on her forehead and whispered I love you to her.I walked back downstairs and I took a shower. I walked back to my bedroom and i fell asleep on my bed.

Next Day 

It was my first day back to high school. I hated school. I couldn't trust anybody at school .I used to be in the "popular" crowd until i broke up with my boyfriend cause he cheated on me. He told everybody that i was sleeping with his team mates in football. After that everybody would call me a whore and a slut. Everybody was out to get me. My friends turn on me and i had nobody instead on Stephanie. Stephanie didn't care what people said about me. She trusted what I said. She is a sister to me I new her sense 3rd grade. She was here for me when my mom past and even when my dad left. She is the best friend I could ever ask for.

I got up to wake up to wake up Veronica but it seems she was already ready. She had her hair in a ponytail and she was dressed in a uniform. She was downstairs eating her favorite cereal which was Coco Puffs. That what me and her favorite cereal. I got up and went to my dresser and took out high waisted pants along with a band shirt. I grabbed a rubber band and went to the bathroom. I changed in the restroom and put my hair in a fishtail braid on the side. I brushed my teeth and went back to my room. I grabbed black Vans and sock and put them on. I walked over to the kitchen and pour myself some cereal. Once I finish breakfast I walked to my dresser and pull out a white cardigan. I said goodbye to my Aunt Larrisa and Veronica. Aunt Larissa drops off Veronica to school while I go walking to school. I grabbed my key and my phone I checked my phone and it was 6:52 AM and school starts at 7:42 AM. The walk to school is 20 mintues long but i stop at Steph house and we walk the rest to school.
