"No. Put that back!" I said sternly as Kyle tried to steal my Hershey bar. Kyle laughs at me but I even gave him a stern look. "What's your problem? I was only joking, Melia." Kyle said as he closed the cabinet. Kyle is my older brother he's annoying, loud and he needs a girlfriend! Danni left him because he was being such an idiot and Kyle barely had time for her but he had plenty of time to call up his friends and drink a beer with them. I felt so bad for her I was the only one there for her going through that tough break up. What kind of boyfriend does that? "Thats the candy bar I bought last night. For a special friend named, Danni." I said as I crossed my arms and rolled my eyes.
"Wow! That's totally supposed to scare me. Nice try, Sis. Danni was totally being dramatic the whole time!" Kyle actually thought that? Danni only argued with him because he wanted to be lazy and in her point it just was not right. "Um, because you were being L-A-Z-Y? Whatever. I have school to attend. Make sure to pick me up!"
"Alright little sis. Stay out of trouble!" At school I've never have been into serious trouble. What was Kyle talking about? I can't even believe I took advice from him once. How did I take advice from an idiot like him?
As soon as I got to the bus stop, Gigi was on her phone texting. She couldn't stop the laughter. Only Gigi, Peters, only her. "Hey G-" She jumps up and down. "Oh My Gosh, Amelia! You won't believe this but I date Hayden now!" I sort of figured it would be about a boy and I can't believe she never told me. She's kept the secret for two months now, maybe she's just private about things and wants her best friend to figure it out.
"That's great, G! I'm very happy for you, but how come you didn't tell me?" She looked at me and we stood in silence for a second. "Melia, do you remember how you said Hayden was cute with his brown hair in that style? I thought you had feelings for him. So I didn't say anything. Then we start talking ever since he switched to my third period class." Maybe it wasn't a surprise for me to figure out but after all, Gigi is my best friend. Even if a day where we don't talk or stop being friends I'm still going to care for her. "Nooo, Gigi! I don't like Hayden at all. I just thought it was cute how he had that hairstyle because it reminded me of when I dated Mason Caldwell in pre-school." I say as I give her a hug. She probably thought I'd be mad at her or slap her. "Phew! I thought you'd be upset with me but hey where is Gabriel?"
As I check my phone Gabriel texted: "Hiya :) I won't be at the bus stop because I have an appointment to be at and my mother wants to be really early!! Driving me nuts! Anyways say hello to, Gee Bee for meh and I'll see you two in Science and at lunch!" I responded back with: "Okie! Have fun Gay Gabriel! :-P"
