I always knew that I was different. I was, you could say, made different. I wasn’t born completely the way I am now, a mutant, a freak. I once was an almost normal girl, but I’m not that child anymore. This is my story, the story of Allison Blaire Paige Cole, a person who just wanted to be accepted, and not to be considered a mutant freak.
I’ll tell you this, a lot of people have seen me, or ‘know’ me, but in reality, only a select few even know my name. I can count the number of people I trust on my fingers, Kyle, Spencer, Nate and Naia. All of us are gifted, but none of us are the same, we are special.
