Love is a deep feeling of affection for someone or something. The bible talks about love as what God the father feels for his children, what Christians should feel for each other, what people should feel for people they know and people they don't know, and what a husband should feel for his wife. God has given a clear example of this to everyone he has shown us how to love. By sending his son to die for us, this is to teach us to love every person we come across. He showed us how a husband should love his wife, by loving the church and giving everything for it. He even taught that a man should die for his wife and a friend should give his life for his friend. These verses will talk about love.

Johh 3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting live (nkjv- new king James version).

1 corinthians 13: 4 - 8
Love is patient and kind; it is not jealous or conceited or proud; love is not ill - mannered or selfish or irritable; love does not keep a record of wrongs; love is not happy with evil,  but is happy with the truth. Love never gives up; and it's faith, hope and patience never fail. Love is eternal (tev- today's english version)

1 John 4:7- 8
Dear friends,  let us love one another,  because love comes from God. Whoever loves is a child of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God for God is love. (tev- today's english version)

Matthew 22:37-39
Jesus answered,  "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul and all your mind. '' This is the first and most important command. And the second command is like the first: 'Love your neighbor as your self.'(ncv- new century version)

Matthew 5:44
I say to you,  love your enemies. Pray for those who hurt you. (ncv- new century version)

1 John 3:11
The message you heard from the very beginning is this: we must love one another(tev- today's english version )

Jeremiah 31:3
And from far away the Lord appeared to his people and said,
"I love you people with a love that will last for ever. That is why I have continued showing you kindness.

Romans 5:8
Christ shows his great love for us in this way: christ died for us while we were still sinners.

John 15:13
The greatest love a person can show is to die for his friends.

Love is a principle, love is a precept, love is a virtue and love is a person. The precept is clear: love--for God, for our spouses, for our neighbours, even for our enemies---is commanded. This is the teaching you have heard from the very  beginning, according to apostle John. We must love each other.
Christ did not die for us because of what he could get, but because of what he could give.  True love is spelled G-I-V-E. Our model of mature love is Jesus christ. His love was willing to sacrifice. He was a living example of true, complete, condition less and pure love.
Mature love is not self-centered, but condition-less and other person centered. With this kind of love, we will stop demanding to have everything our way. We will put no conditions on our love and put the intrests and desires of the loved person before our own, just as christ did for us.
In self-centered love,  our purpose is to gain something in exchange for our love. In condition - centered love,  our love is contingent upon or based upon something the other person has. In the first case, love lasts as long as you have the qualities that attracted me to you in the first place.
I'm happy that there is another kind of love. It is love without conditions, or condition-less love. This love says I love you no matter what may change about you. I love you PERIOD! The reason I call this third type of love condition-less rather than unconditional is that each of us is restrained and limited by our nature, which is selfish. Only God through Jesus christ has demonstrated a total unconditional love.
God's love is shown in countless ways throughout the bible. However, I challenge you to take the qualities of mature love found in this passage and make an effort to implement them in your life and in your relationship with others. ♡.
