But He never broke a law.
God's only Son
Who never sinned
Paid for all our sins that day.
He was beaten
And whipped.
He was forced
To carry His own cross.
He died
And bled
So that one day
Me and you
Could go to
Heaven.
He'll embrace us
And we'll see the scars.
We'll always be reminded
Of His awe inspiring love for us.
