Now back in 20s the US were shitting the big one. China had not just sir passed economically but also scientifically. They were the to put rowers on Venus and a really smart one Mercury. They made a base on the moon that lasted a year longer then their US counter parts. But you see were they really beat us , was on Mars....
Everyone thinks the more nukes you have the better you are. But when that Chinese thyconaut landed on  the surface of Mars in 26 the USA became the worlds newest and biggest joke.
They were looking for a way to solve the problem , and that was were Montez came in. The motherfucker was a rich man , his new type of jets , software and satellites made him the 5th richest man in the world. And with the US backing him he went up to the 1st place in 2 years. But even that brought problems.It all went well at first with collony base buildings and new spacecraft being tested . But that wasn't all the US wanted , oh no they wanted to weaponize satellites and spacecraft. Montez lost his shit over that. The man wanted to make science a good thing well the suits wanted weapons and power. Montez left NASA , NORAD and the CIA and took a lot of money with him. And as a giant "Fuck you" to the USA , he sold his designs to China , Russia, India , Japan and the European Union....

So how did the IPS get so strong ? Well Earth's resources were running low. Shit like oil was hard to come by , but helium on the Moon and some other rare shit on Mars was the IPS's ticket. They got so powerful that....

General Raul : We have gotten reports that the European union has changed their policies and that NATO has disbanded.
Overlord : What does this mean ?
Raul : Their going to invade Russia , and about a million of their troops are now rough in Turkey. Their lead by French General Andre  Gual , 28 years of age. Their holding out in Istanbul with the Turkish army.
Overlord : How did they get in Turkey ?
Raul : They told them of their invasion through Turkey into Russia.
Intelligence officers : Sir !!! Their invasion has begun , their moving most of the troops through Turkey !!
Overlord : Tell Jackson's squad prep up now.Thank the lord no one has nukes anymore....
