Izzy's POV
"OK class were are going to do a project." the science teacher says "And you get to choose your partner but choose and use your time wisely." It was the first day of high school and we have a project and I need help so I, don't fail otherwise I'll get kicked off the baseball and football teams. "Hey Izzy, how you been dude." said Donovan one of the football players as well as Izzy's best friend, he gave Izzy a high five, "Oh well everything's good well... mostly good.""What do you mean by mostly." I noticed that class starts in a few minutes so I need to talk fast " Well I'm starting to fail this class and if I don't pass this project I'll get kicked out the baseball and football teams!" Said a sad Izzy.
"Man that's bad well since this project says that you have to have a partner why don't you ask Kane to be your partner.""Who the nerd! No he's well... I bullied him for years when we were kids and he's just...him." Donovan then noticed something was wrong but then DeAsia and Shahe came to give our teacher and Donovan a visit before they go back to college. Now class started. But I couldn't help but think of Kane and how I, really feel about him.
Time skip 5 mins before lunch
Kane's POV
It was the first day back at school and we have a project I have straight A's in all my classes my friends Simon and Ariel were partners so I don't have a partner. And after class a jock came to me and it was no-other than Izzy." Hey your name's.... Kane right?" I was nervous Izzy was my childhood bully but he's got a lot taller and muscular, but surprisingly cuter over the years. Oh did I mention that I'm gay? No? Well now you know and I've always had a crush on Izzy or aka Izaiah. The coolest, hottest and the most popular boy in the whole school so he's never talked to before I was nervous. But I was able to let out a sentence " Y-yes that's r-right and our Izzy star player for both football and baseball teams how may I be of service to you Izzy."
Izzy's POV
I just love the way Kane talks with his reading glasses, green vest orange tie, black dress shoes, brown hair, and those gorgeous.... Wait what am I thinking I'm not gay... but he is kinda cute." Kane then grabbed my hand " Are you ok Izzy ." he said blushing hard then I snapped out of my trance " Huh... oh yeah I'm fine." "Good... so what did want." Kane said scared so I picked him up by the waist off the ground and thrn I put him on my shoulder so he can see my eyes Kane was blushing then I said, " I want you to sit with me at lunch and after school come to my house got it?" In a stern tone Kane was blushing hard again he was shocked " Ok but why me out of everyone else at school." The real reason was while we do the project to ask him out but, I don't want Kane to know that...Yet. "Just go and I'll tell you okay." He looked unsure but he agreed "OK see you there, and if it's about the project I'll be your partner." And with that Kane gave me a hug well more like hugging mt head and started walking him to lunch.
