A new begining (RWBY fanfic)

Chapter 3

Ruby lands on a tree branch and looks around then jumps down off the branch while at the same time activating my semblance and running off. “Blake where are you?!” Ruby shouts in the woods and thinking to herself. “Gotta find her gotta find her where is she.”

“YAHOO!! This is awesome.” Yang yells as she's firing off rounds from her Ember Celica, gathering more momentum for her landing. “Here goes nothing” she then grabs a tree trunk and descends spinning around the trunk then uses her feet and pushes off of it and hits the ground doing a barrel roll while at the same time standing and walking off.“Nailed it.”

“Ok here we go.”Blake draws out her Gambol Shroud and attaches the black ribbon that’s wrapped around her arm and transforms her blade into its gun form and throws it as the blade embedded itself in the tree “bulls eye!”She then swung down to the ground and pulls on the ribbon and the blade detached itself from the tree and at the same time transforming back into the blade and sheathing itself in the sheath on her back. “Now to find Ruby.” Blake looked up and saw a white streaking flying in the air only to suddenly stop. “What the…”

Weiss was having a blast. For some reason she loved to fly. But all good things must come to an end. As she was flying she began to focus on projecting her aura into one of her glyphs. She landed on it stopping her forward momentum. She backflipped off of that one and began a free fall straight to the ground. She starts a trail of her glyphs making them only solid enough to slow her down as she passes right through them. About ten feet from the ground she tightens her self and lands perfectly on the ground.

Well almost. “Damn, I landed too hard. Not worthy of a Schnee. But nevermind that, I need to find…” she turns around and see’s “... Ruby.”

Ruby stops dead in her tracks. She stares at Weiss and looks just the tiniest bit peeved. “Look Weiss, I'd  love to talk. Really I would but I need to find somebody so… bye.” With that Ruby activates her semblance and takes off.she races through the trees trying to find Blake. That's when she encounters the next person. Yang. Yang opens her mouth to speak but is cut off by Ruby.

“Look Yang I'm in a hurry and don't really like you so bye.” Ruby flips Yang off and bolts, knocking Yang flat on her back, right in front of an Ursa Major. Ruby stops on the other side just long enough for Yang to see her laughing hysterically. Then she bolted again. “Gotta find Blake. Gotta find Blake. Gotta… find… DAMNIT!!!”

Ruby knocks someone over. This time on accident. “Damnit Rose, watch where the fuck you are going!” Cardin shouts. “Otherwise I'll have to force you, and we don't want that now do we squirt.”

“You know what Cardin? I'm not as scared of you as you may think. In fact I will kick your ass. Right here, right now. But we don't want that do we, ass.” Ruby says back to him. Drawing Crescent Rose. “Now pull out your weapon. A win is only a win if it is fair.”

Cardin draws his mace. “Okay, but let it be known that I tried to warn you.” With that he belts out a roar and leaps at Ruby. He makes his overhead swing as plain as day me Ruby seeps her scythe up to block, only to have her legs swept out from under her.

“You think I'm that dumb?” He roars. “I knew what you would do. I'm not a failure. If I was I wouldn't be at Beacon.”

“Cardin,” Ruby breaths as she stands up. “You talk too much. Now it's my turn.” Ruby leaps into the air ind points crescent rose behind her and fires off a single round, using the recoil to spin her and the oversized death machine, she flys at Cardin who barely lifts his mace in time to block her strike. Or at least it would have, if she was aiming to hit him then.

Right when the scythe is pointing at the ground, just before she were to strike him, she pulls the trigger again and launches herself over him. She lands behind him and sweep kicks his legs, out from under him then slaps the blunted end into his abdomen with all of the force she could muster, fusing him to cough up blood. “Now you know not to mess with me. Let this be a lesson. I'll see you later.” With that she rushes off again. “Gotta find Blake, gotta find Blake gotta find… there she is!!!” She pulls out of her semblance and tackles Blake in a rib shattering hug. “Blake I found you at last! You should've seen what I had to go through. I bumped into Weiss then Yang and beat the shit out of Cardin! All just to find you. And what have you been doing?” Ruby says in a volley of words so fast that Blake missed over half of it.

“Ruby I understand that you missed me but can you please let me go you're crushing me” Blake says as she's gasping for air. “Shit sorry Blake i didn't mean to.” Ruby says freaking out as she lets go of Blake. “You’re a lot stronger then u look Ruby” Blake says with a smile and blushing as red as Rubies rose petals.

“Ugh when did Ruby become such a jerk” Yang says as she stands up and at the same time looking up and becomes face to face with the Ursa major. “Well looks like I get to have some action after all.” She says as she shoots off a round in the ground and elbow strikes the Ursa in the chin sending it backwards while at the same time doing a backflip and landing on her feet and giggling. “Come on is that the best you got Ursy.” She says with a disappointed look on her her face as she looks up watching the Ursa standing on two feet and her bolting in front of it and starts punching it with a right hook and a left jab. “Come on hit me will ya!!” Suddenly the Ursa gets pissed off enough and does a right swing hitting her and sending her into a tree. “Well there we go Ursy now we got a fight going.” She then runs at it dodging a right slash and shoots off a round and blocks a left swing then unexpectedly she gets hit directly in the head and gets knocked on her back as she then rolls back dodging a stomp attack and stands. “Woah that was…..a.” She sees three strands of her hair falling in front of her. “You…” her eyes flash from their usual lilac color to an angry red. “You SON OF A BITCH FROM HELL!!” She then bolts at high speed and starts shooting off rounds in its chest and then at the same time she grabs the Ursas arm and jumps up and increasing the power of her punch and breaking it and fires off a round and blasts it off and at the same time stomps on its leg breaking it as the Ursa tries to bite at her she then fires a round in its mouth blasting off its head as she lands on the ground and starts to relax as her eyes change back to normal.

“Nailed it.”

“AH-Ahh- ah-CHOO. Wow, someone must be talking about me.” Ruby says.

“What did they say, son of a bitch from hell?” Blake says.

“Ah-choo” Ruby sneezes again. “Guess so. So what were you saying?”

“Ruby, what I was saying is that regardless of what we want we have to obey the rules. You have to go back to Weiss.” Blake says. “I may want you for a partner but I was too late.”

Ruby sighs. “Your right. I'll see you later. You bitch.” She says jokingly. Then rushes off in a flurry of rose she disappears, off to find Weiss. “Gotta find Weiss gotta find Weiss gotta find, oh look, Cardin.” She stops next to him. “Loser.” She whispers with conviction, right in his ear, knowing he can't move too stop her. She kicks him one last time.Then disappears again.

“WEISS!” She calls out to the forest. She comes to the place where she last saw Weiss and is surprised by what she sees. The heiress herself, sitting up against a tree, with tears in her eyes. Ruby kneels down and wipes the tears from her eyes, once all the tears are gone she hauls off and slaps the shit out of Weiss. Then leans down next to her. “Did you really think I'd leave you?”

Weiss stands up. “Yes I did!” She shouts. “And what the fuck was that for!?”

“That was for thinking that I wouldn't come back and crying. Your too cute to cry.” Weiss starts to smile. “Hey Ruby? Can I tell you something?”

“Sure Weiss. Anything.” Ruby says.

“Well…”
