Matt and I went to the mall. We parked in the parking lot and I grabbed my wallet. My phone is in my pocket already.

"Where do you want to go first?" He asks.

"Just G." I said, naming one of the good shops here.

"Let's go." He says.

We walked alongside each other, taking our time. We entered the shop and I saw dresses, but all were really casual. "I don't see anything I like." I frowned.

Matt nods and walks out. "Where next?" He inquires.

"Hm... I think I know just the place." I grinned, taking Matt's arm and dragging him to a nice yet kinda expensive shop. The shop is named "Mary Anne", which is the name of the very first owner.

"Welcome to Mary Anne!" A shopkeeper greets with a shy smile. I smiled back and my eyes landed on a perfect dress.

"Matt, that one!" I half-shouted.

Matt's head snaps to the direction of where my finger was pointing at. "The maroon-red dress?" He asks to confirm.

I eagerly nodded my head. Spring Fest is like a formal tea party. Classic, right? Guys usually wear suits or formal button up shirts while girls wear long dresses.

The maroon-red dress had a slit in the front (at the middle), which meant that my legs will show once I walk. It had gold designs too. There were elegant embroideries on the dress. It was stunning. The sleeves of the dress were short, but it wasn't completely sleeveless.

"Great choice! It's one of the newest and most popular release of Mary Anne!" The lady exclaims brightly.

"May I try it on?" I asked.

The lady enthusiastically nods her head, showing me to their huge fitting room. "Wait here, Matt." I commanded.

Matt rolls his eyes but nods, taking a seat on the chairs provided. "Is he your boyfriend?" The lady asks, helping me unzip the long dress. I slipped my left foot in first.

"No. He's my brother," I laughed.

"He's quite handsome." The saleslady giggles.

"I hear that a lot." I surpress a smile.

I got into the dress and the lady zips it up. The dress is a bit long, but it'll be fine because I'll be wearing heels. I opened the door of the fitting room and stepped out.

Did I forget to mention that the back was backless? So my skin will show. This is quite a revealing dress.

"Matt." I call.

His head snaps up and his eyes scans my dress. "It's a stunning and wonderful dress. You wear it perfectly too. It also fits you beautifully. But doesn't it reveal a lot?" He finally asks, a small frown on his lips.

"It kinda does. But isn't it nice?" I pouted, jutting my bottom lip out.

"Alright, alright. Let's go buy it." Matt gives in, a soft smile replacing his frown.

I grinned and changed back to my own clothes. I looked at the price tag and my eyes almost popped out of its sockets.

"M-Matt, let's leave. As I thought, I don't like the dress. It's too revealing and-"

"If it's about the price, I can afford it." Matt cuts me off.

"Are you sure? I'm certain that I can find dresses as elegant as this." I ask unsurely.

"I'm sure. It's not bad to spoil my one and only little sister once in a while, right?" He inquires with a caring smile, taking my hand and bringing me to the cashier.
