I'm honestly so in love with this gif lol.

Justin hadn't talked to me when I got back in, which was unlike him. He usually texted me after we hung out to make sure I was ok. Furthermore, Justin would text me back two seconds after I sent a message, but I didn't even get an hour late response. I got nothing. Feeling uneasy, I simply watched Netflix until I was able to close my eyes. My father hardly noticed I was gone.
It was Christmas morning and I still didn't receive a message from Justin. I at least expected some type of Merry Christmas, my Vanilla Bean. I understood that we couldn't be involved with each other and he was working on that. I was working on that. However, we discussed this and I figured he wouldn't act so strongly in regards to my father's request.  Maybe he figured I'd be near my dad the entire day, but I wasn't. I texted him first instead, I didn't mind at all, I didn't expect him to text me first however, I did expect him to at least say something this morning since he didn't text me last night.
I had already posted a little video of Justin on his channel. Editing wasn't a talent or anything of mine, however paying attention to things Ryan had told me when we were friends definitely paid off. It had always been interesting to me, but I never had a use for it until now.

Justin finally texted me with an apology, although I didn't show any sign of being pressed over it. He explained he had to drive Jaxo to the residence in which he staying for the night.

Christmas at my house should've been blissful, but it wasn't. My father was no where to be found which was odd since he sent so many people over to cook and decorate. It was pointless for them to even be here, especially if no Raymond blood was going to be in the house today. My father was a hard man to please and I learned that the hard way. Watching your father fake a smile in front of your face and blandly decline a portrait of him without having to say a word was heartbreaking. I got over it though. This year I simply brought him a watch. I also placed the receipt in the box as well.
Christmas was spent by the fireplace, for the most part unless Justin and I decided to play around in his man cave. He taught me how to make a beat, more so show since I didn't understand the system at all, many snaps were captured; they definitely broadcasted how enjoyable our company had been. Justin stared at me for a moment when I presented him with a gold chain that held a cross at the bottom. He quickly took off the one he had and put the new one on instead. That made my heart warm. Showing him what I had did with the footage of him singing and fooling around made him gape at me.

"You made me a YouTube channel? Why?" He chuckled as he covered his mouth. His hazel orbs twinkled with ease as he simply blinked at me.

"You have so much potential. I don't think you should hid that any longer."

"Oh, Vanessa." He cooed as he scooped me into his arms.  I couldn't help but giggle.

"Thank you. I would've never done this, at least not so soon." He admitted before pecking my temple with loving kisses.

His family was still as lovely as ever. We ate and sat around in the living room, opening presents and snuggling around the fire. Pattie gave me a Starbucks gift card and I got her a Bath and Body Works gift set. We embraced each other for a long while. Justin showered his mother in love once I whispered to him that Pattie was in on the channel as well; I couldn't have done it without her and her permission. I was unaware of what Justin got her, but I knew it was something meaningful. Pattie was his mother after all.
Justin and I ended up on our own, in his man cave. We laughed and simply talked about the most random things. Justin had already spoiled me, way before December hit us, and now that it was ending, he had one last surprise apparently. I hadn't given it much thought as he yanked me from a welcoming pile of blankets and intertwined our fingers. All I could think about was how soft his hand was in mine and how the little blonde hairs along his tattooed covered arms, which were usually hidden were laid.

"Justin, what is this?"

"Why are we going up to your roof?" I questioned as he offered me his hand so he could help me through the window.

"Shh," He hushed me. "You ask so many questions." He smiled, causing me to blush.

"Oh my. What is this?" I questioned as I covered my mouth with my palms. Little false candles surrounded my rose petals spelt out a phrase that caused me to feel flustered.

"Vanessa, will you go to the Winter Ball with me?"

Important

I believe I'll post up to chapter 50 and then take a break from writing, more so posting. I'm simply drained. I'm also cutting down the chapters. I was ending the story at 61, but I can no longer bare to drag this story out. It's tiring.
