For the past seconds, an intense staring competition was going on between us two. He was dragging me in with his eyes, a delicious brown... Gosh, they were so sexy. And his skin...his complexion...so soft. I just want him to pull me close, and feel my love for him.

I want to let go into his arms, and stay in his strong grip forever. But I knew...

"Nicole."

His name is Jaden Christopher Syre Smith, and he's been my friend for about a month now. But it seems like we've known each other for years. We met in a cafe... a plaza cafe right down the street from my house. I find him there most nights, hanging out with the cashier on his late night shift. Jaden actually works at that cafe. He told me he did because he was trying to save money and help out his family... He's a really...really nice-

"Nicole?"

Jaden taps his finger on my shoulder. I snap out of the intensity. "Hm?" I hum, loosing my mind for a second. Jaden chuckles.

Oh gosh...

"Are your eyes magic or somethin'?" Jaden exclaims, his lips curling up to a smile. "I can't see how you keep your eyes open so long."

His smile is so perfect.

I start to cheese myself off, and blush a little. But I decide to stop, because it's getting weird. And then I find Jaden staring at me like i'm crazy. I pick up my can of soda from the table, and start to drink it.

Me and Jaden are in my mom's living room. We're waiting for her to hurry and get back so me and Jaden can get to my friend's (Malissa's) party.

I didn't expect him to come with me to the party, but since he had already came, then he might as well stay.

Now we're sitting here just cutting eyes at each other. I have no problem with it..because he is amazing.

"So, uh... Did you do Mr.Lew's homework?" Jaden questions me. I solemnly shake my head, and laughed. "Nope! Not at all!"

"Ha!" Jaden laughed. "Me neither!"

Ha....

He starts to play around with his hands.

I don't really look at a person's hands that much but his are....sexy.

He suddenly pulls out his phone like he had forgot something. Then he moves closer to me on the couch.

... I love his smell ...

"Look,"Jaden began, as he pulls up a picture from his camera roll. He scoots a little closer. "This is my cousin." He shows me a picture of a tiny brown-skinned baby holding a cheeseburger up to his mouth. I giggled. "Aw, he's cute."

"Yeah." Jaden started to swipe through his photos. I start to sit back, but then I see a SELFIE that he took and...

"Wait, wait, wait!" I grab his phone and try to swipe back to his selfie. "No!" He yelps, trying to get his phone away from me. "NICOLE!"

I laugh. "What was that selfie I saw?!" I stop and see it. I try hard to hold in my laughter.

It was cute...

It was a black-and-white photo, and was being silly with his mouth wide open.

"JA-"

Jaden reaches over and tries to snatch his phone away, but instead he pulled it so hard, that I was pulled over his lap. Once I tried to get up, I fell back and now he was on top of me.
