Chapter 11

Jake's P.O.V

I punched him until he was unconscious. How could he hurt her! My princess... I heard mumbling and I turned my head to see Blaire mumbling something and then she closed her eyes. My eyes widened as I see the pool of blood she's lying in. I ran to her side and picked her up. I ran to the car and laid her in the back seat. No no stay with me princess please. I got in the driver's seat and sped off to the hospital.

~at the hospital~

We arrived at the hospital and I carried her to the receptionist's desk and the doctors and nurses quickly came and took her away from me. The nurse told me to wait while they busy with her. Please I hope she'll be okay. She changed me and I'm not about to let her go just when I found my happiness. Yeah I slept with a lot of girls but that is just to keep the badboy act intact. I waited and waited till they came and give me news about her.

5 minutes passed....

10 minutes passed....

15 minutes passed....

I decided to phone her brother from her phone. I quickly got out her phone and saw it was unlocked. YES! I quickly scrolled down her contacts and saw 'BooBoo Maxy' I chuckled and dialled his number.

" Yes Sissie what is it" he asks annoyed

I cleared my throat and answered "Hi this is Jake"

"Jake? Why do you have my sister's phone? Is she okay!?" He asked worriedly

"I-im not sure...we were at school and so her ex boyfriend showed up and punched me. He then punched her till she was unconscious. S-she laid in a p-pool of b-blood" I stammered and I was on the verge of crying

"Calm down. Now where are you guys?" He asked calmly, trying to control his anger.

"We at the hospital near the school." I replied shakily

"Okay I'm on mg way" and he hung up.

Blaire's P.O.V

I woke up and saw everything is white. Am I in heaven? No dumbass you're in a hospital! Who said that? The voice in your head! I'm your conscious . Oh that explains why I'm talking to myself. I look around and indeed I am in a hospital. I try sitting up but pain hits me like a bullet and I groaned in pain.

"Hey..hey be careful. You got a few fractured ribs" a very familiar voice said. I turned my head and saw Jake

"J-Jake" I stuttered with tears flowing down my cheeks

"Yeah babe its me. Don't worry you're safe now." He said calmly

"How long was I out?" I asked

"A few days but the doctors said its only because they gave you something for the pain. Baby why is he hurting you"he asked with a  tone of hurt and pity in his voice.

"I-I caught him cheating on me and I wanted to leave him. But he didn't want me to so he started beating me and told me if I ever leave him he-he'll k-kill me" I said and sobbed

He immediately grabbed me gently, careful not to hurt me and hugged me. He kissed my forehead and rocked us back to forth.

"Baby don't worry I'm going to be here for you. I called your brother , he's just filling out some papers so that they can release you." He said

"O-okay and thank you Jake for everything" I said and smiled at him

"Anytime princess" he beamed and winked at me
